There was no way we would’ve been able to go back and pick up our food and still have time to eat before the students were done with recess… So Chasity really saved the day! “Had the absolute best experience under unfortunate circumstances. I came in yesterday in the afternoon to order for my family and there were a lot of people inside but only one person working, Jeff. Poor guy having to put all those orders in by himself, but handled it perfectly. Jeff was super nice, patient, very apologetic. When I got home from picking up our order I told my husband I was refreshed for the next generation! Rachel and Carson (I believe 🤞🏻) were the only 2 working while DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers sat silently stalking them. After 5 years of life, I braced for the worst, but was so impressed with these 2…. Grinding! Overwhelmed with orders? Nope, smile and work….. together! I told them as a former nurse manager if all my staff could work together like that, I’d probably still be one! Honestly, plan to call hopefully a manager at some point to share! Coming from a REGULAR customer of this location (I work retail at this mall & get lunch here often). Reeni is the BEST worker. I’ve had everyone here make my food at different points & Times & reeni gives incredible service EVERYTIME. I’ve gone in with it empty, packed, busy, slow, EVERYTHING- & reeni gives the same 5 star service everytime. I got off work & knowing it’s 30 minutes until the mall closes, I thought I could grab something to eat before leaving.

I went in to this Subway 30 mins before close, I took way too long to order (sorry- indecisive!) & asked a million questions before placing ANY order. And still Reeni was so patient, so helpful, and made a BOMB sandwich!!!

“I was not expecting much based on the reviews and an experience I had back in Feb with a female general manager I have seen but I was pleasantly shocked at how great this place is . Instantly welcomed and acknowledged upon walking in. The store was super clean and even the cooking area was clean ! All employees were using gloves. I specifically asked for no salami and no tomato . They made it perfectly. Bread was fresh, fries were great portions, hot and well seasoned the cookies are great as always . Lemonade was refreshing and spot on . Even though it was super clean
, there was someone wiping down tables and I found out later it was the general manager. I was very impressed to see a general manager cleaning not just pushing a pencil . The other employees immediately after giving me my order, went to cleaning. There was a peaceful family type vibe in the restaurant among the employees. I was also impressed with the female employee named Tori who did an awesome job and exhibited great customer service !“
