When I got home from picking up our order I told my husband I was refreshed for the next generation! Rachel and Carson (I believe 🤞🏻) were the only 2 working while DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers sat silently stalking them. After 5 years of life, I braced for the worst, but was so impressed with these 2…. Grinding! Overwhelmed with orders? Nope, smile and work….. together! I told them as a former nurse manager if all my staff could work together like that, I’d probably still be one! Honestly, plan to call hopefully a manager at some point to share! “I always get my hot sandwich as a wrap, the chicken bacon ranch. The last few times it wasn’t good because the kid who usually makes it isn’t there all the time. Well he was today. Laeric is an excellent sandwich maker, he takes the time to listen, and builds a great sub with a perfect ratio or meats and toppings. When he makes a wrap you actually eat the whole thing and don’t have to leave the ends in your bag due to no toppings. That kid deserves a raise!! Instantly welcomed and acknowledged upon walking in. The store was super clean and even the cooking area was clean ! All employees were using gloves. Coming from a REGULAR customer of this location (I work retail at this mall & get lunch here often). Reeni is the BEST worker. I’ve had everyone here make my food at different points & Times & reeni gives incredible service EVERYTIME. I’ve gone in with it empty, packed, busy, slow, EVERYTHING- & reeni gives the same 5 star service everytime. I got off work & knowing it’s 30 minutes until the mall closes, I thought I could grab something to eat before leaving.

I went in to this Subway 30 mins before close, I took way too long to order (sorry- indecisive!) & asked a million questions before placing ANY order. And still Reeni was so patient, so helpful, and made a BOMB sandwich!!!
