“Always excellent food and service, no matter which location! But last night’s experience needs to be broadcast… Casey at the Louisville location is just about the best server ever. In a world of “I just want to finish my shift and get the hell outta here,” Casey was the exact opposite… fun, on top of everything, juggling many customers, all with a genuine smile. Our girls night out was us raving about Casey and wishing she could join us! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, she truly is an asset. I would love to clone a couple dozen of her for my business!“

“I went in the restaurant to try some of the cream pies and wow were they amazing!!! I think the baker was a young woman who was blonde with blue eyes, who I owe my upmost respect to. Can't wait to come back soon for more of the delicious handmade baked goods!!!“

Every once in a while we will venture out to another nice restaurant thinking we will find something better. But so far 91 has been and our favorite. Nothing beats the blackened chicken over risotto served with a dirty martini! They make the best martinis in Ohio!!!
Because of its excellent service history, I will give it one more chance. This review is ongoing. Hopefully I can remove the bad part of this review back to its original 5 star status.
I have been to this establishment a number of times since the one incident that was a bad experience. I am changing my review to all 5 stars, because the one bad day turned out to be a fluke.
Thank goodness, because I love their blackened chicken over risotto. It is the only thing I order every time. I make sure to ask for extra raspberry sauce in a small cup to dip the chicken. So good!!!“

“We had such a great time at Jerzees! The food was phenomenal! The fried pickles were perfectly crispy, the pretzels were soft and warm, and the quesadilla burger was packed with flavor. Our waitress was amazing and made the whole night even better. Master TC & The Visitors put on such an incredible show! I was so bummed we had to leave before they finished their set, I would have loved to hear the whole thing! I really hope they get booked here again soon so I can come back and see them play a full show!“

“This is a nice little secret place to have a breakfast or lunch or brunch. The service was exceptional.
The atmosphere was quiet with softic playing in the background so that it was relaxing. But still allowing you to be able to talk to the people that you're in with, I would highly recommend this for families“

“The Dessert Inn reminded me of what sophisticated and above par dining used to be. It has a great ambience as well the service and dining experience to go with it. It’s definitely the place for gentlemen and ladies to enjoy and unwind. Lamb was 10/10 steak Diane 10/10 hummus delicious and I could eat a mound of the rice as well the Grecian salad. If you aren’t dining at the Inn, you are shorting yourself. Keep up the great work!“

“Hosted a small conference and used their catering option. Got a half chopped salad pan, veggie plate with hummus for Thursday night and 12 turkey wrap, fruit, and brownie box lunchs for Friday. The staff was amazing to deal with and the food phenomenal.“

“I've been goung to this Grinders for years and it is now one of my favorite places to take the kids. Great consistent family restaurants experience with excellent grinders and other meals like the baked spaghetti. Kids love the smiles and good chicken tenders and we always have great attentive service.“

“5-Star Review Visited Texas Roadhouse in Alliance, Ohio on August 12, 2025, at 6:30 pm, and had an absolutely amazing experience. Our waitress, Skylar, was outstanding — very friendly, fast, and attentive. She made sure our food arrived promptly, always had a smile, and made the experience feel easy and enjoyable. A big shoutout to the cook who prepared my 8 oz well-done steak — it was phenomenal! Honestly, the best steak I’ve ever had from Texas Roadhouse. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. Texas Roadhouse, please keep these amazing employees. They truly made our night. Excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you!“
