“I had one of the best meals Tonight. We ordered the crispy goat cheese app. It was savory and sweet. I ordered the Kobe Meatloaf for my entree. It was served with pierogis, asparagus, mushrooms and had a delicious leek cream sauce. We also got a side of fries to share and they were wonderful also. Normally I don't order a dessert, but we all shared the brownie dessert and it was the perfect ending to such a great meal. The restaurant itself is very nice inside and all the employees were pleasant. Try this place if you haven't already!!“

“Mad Jack's is a great place to go anytime. The food and service is always great. Truthfully I always get the burger with mushrooms, Swiss cheese, grilled onions & their special sauce.....always perfect. You can not pass up there home cut fries.“

“We went with friends for dinner while visiting Chagrin Falls. This quaint little inn is perfect. Our server was prompt and efficient. We started with cocktails and Tater Kegs, which were excellent. Then I had the Perch Dinner, my husband had Chicken Parmesan, our friends had Pork Schnitzel and Shrimp Pasta. Everything was very good and portions were plentiful.“

“I would give this place 10 stars out of 5 if I could. The food was absolutely delicious! The Italian wedding soup was the best I have ever had! The service was excellent! All of the servers were helping and kind to us. The food came out quickly! We had 5 people and everyone loved their meals. Our server was Michelle and she was the best ever! She was so extra good and interactive with our 7 year old. The atmosphere was very cool- barrels, reclaimed wood and a fire going in the fireplace. So cozy. The server noticed my mom's artistic hands and helped her box up her meal and told her she saw her hands and was hoping to help. I love this place (and I am picky) and I can't wait to come back!!!Kid-friendliness: All the helpers and wait staff were kind, patient, interactive and encouraging to our 7 year old. “We were in town for a concert and decided to stop by Ray's for a late lunch/early dinner. Ray's is a super casual townie bar. Service was quick and friendly. They offer a good variety of local beer options as well as old standards. My husband ordered the cheeseburger and onions rings. They were great, he said the burger tasted fresh off the bbq! I ordered the poutine fries - the serving is more than enough to share with a group and oh was it good. The meat was smoky and delicious and the fries were crisp- so good. We would definitely recommend Ray's and return if we're in town!“

“As an out of towner from the Dayton area I had my first meal in the area here. I ordered the max the knife burger, I have to say it was exactly as described and delicious. The bartender Shelby delivered over the top experience. She was very personable and professional. Kudos to my first and not my last experience.“

Completely melted and still warm. Loved the toast Brussel sprouts flatbread special app generous portion and amazing flavors Brussel sprout salad more like a slaw but very good. Enough to share Brisket mushroom stroganoff. Ohio City pasta. Well coated with a rich comforting sauce and tasty tender brisket! Strip steak on corn risotto with burratta cheese and small salad. Easy dish to skip a sep salad with this entree. All in one! The strip was a huge thick cut and a Kalamata olive tapenade. All of these flavors and I could not resist ordering this. It did not disappoint, worth every bit of the $48 price Shared a slice of house made carrot cake. Moist and classic And a berry crumble with ice cream. Cranberries I. This made for a tart twist. But the vanilla ice cream balanced it all out We loved 1815 for our first visit. We will def be back!“

“Stopped in last night and sat at the bar. My girlfriend took me out for my birthday. I ordered a mule and my gf ordered a peppermint martini (seasonal drink). The bartender Abby made them and they were fantastic! The other bartender, Melissa checked on us multiple times and was very pleasant! They worked extremely well together taking care of a full bar plus a few tables. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my birthday. Thank you to both bartenders and to the manager (I believe her name was Haylie) for a great evening! We will definitely be back!“

“Overall good experience. Parking is across the street. restaurant seemed OK. I did not try the food but it looked appetizing, and the bar was efficient and decently priced. Location is good and with in walking distance to multiple restaurants. I would stay there again no problem, if the need aroused.“

“The food was amazing, they have a great shake menu, too much to try to explain.. the service was fantastic and they have daily food specials. I had a single burger with mushrooms and swiss, and a cherry mocha malted shake (which was huge) for under $10.. I'm so glad I missed the bus !! Lol. Will definitely be going back!!!“

“We had reservations and we were seated quickly. It was almost impossible to see the menus the room was so dark. We had to use our phones. Our food was a bit slow getting to us (it wasn't that crowded) but it was good with very good portions. Our 4some enjoyed everything except the extreme darkness of the room“

“On February 3rd (2024) four of us enjoyed a relaxing and delicious evening at Six Horses Tavern. I was searching for a cozy place and did not expect to find such a prize in a hotel. It is my understanding that the very talented couple running the tavern actually own the business within the hotel. Kudos to them! The service was gracious, the menu was refreshingly creative and delectable, and the setting lovely.Parking: Easy parking just in front of the hotel entrance.“

“I tried this place for the first time today. I was with a coworker who frequents here. He was acting like a pro to me with this place telling all about this and that...well, I finally got to the bottom of it. Yeah, he's been there a lot and can tell me how amazing the mac and cheese is....bc that's all he's ever ordered lol.Well, I ordered the buffalo wrap. I added tofu and subbed kalamata olives in place of tomatoes. This was a very fresh, simple and tasty meal. I am not from the area but am absolutely looking forward to the next time I am in. Grazers each day would even help me another way. I stop daily for a kombucha. They have that here, too. Everyone was friendly, and they came out and made sure our food was good while we were eating, which surprised me. The restaurant was very clean as well.Vegetarian options: When I say everything is vegetarian, it is not. But it basically is and you can add various proteins. Great spot, wish there were more like it.“

“Probably one of the best steaks I’ve had in years. I had the sirloin and my wife had the filet. Excellent price and much cheaper than brown derby. You definitely get a good size steak! Only issue was why no rolls? Nice clean place and excellent service! We are going there again for sure!“

“The food was amazing. I ordered a steak salad and fries, but other people around me ordered different quesadillas and wings, and they all looked amazing - big portions, and the prices are right.The atmosphere isn't my cup of tea, but that's me (See my nite about "kid friendliness). The bartender was super sweet, not dressed sleazy, not flirting with all the guys, just super friendly and laid back. Only thing I didn't much like was hearing the F word an awful lot from songs they play. I would order food from here any day.Kid-friendliness: Definitely NOT a "family" place. The obscenities coming out of the radio are a real turn-off. There's nothing else negative I can say about the place, though.“

“Not much to say. Typical Rockney's. Food was delicious service was fast. My wife and her aunt said the lemonade tasted watered down was the only complaint we had. We were a group of 7 and we were seated with a group of ten. It was a little "busy" with everyone talking but not horrible and not Rockney's fault. Will down there again for sure.Kid-friendliness: One highchair can be clamped onto the tables but only the tables bolted to the floor. The regular highchair can't set on an isle end of a table. Little difficult to make that work depending on where your seating.“

“This is the best bar in Kent. It is not fancy so don't think you're walking into an upscale restaurant and don't go late because that's when all the students come out. However, if you want good bar food, a great selection of drinks, and a nice bar to sit at and chat with the bartenders or watch sports, this is the place. Live music on Friday night and game nights other days, what more could you want? It's also a great people watching spot. Hope you enjoy it like we do.“
