“we went there today for dinner at 4:30 pm (no one was there eating and only 2 cars in the drive thru) and this restaurant was filthy including the kitchen. If the owner would like pictures of the dining room reach out to me. I couldn't get pictures of the kitchen. I did tell the cashier that someone needs to grab a broom, wash cloth, mop and change the trash. Your manager should be embarrassed.“

“We were eating our food and as the car next to us was getting their food, the driver accidentally hit the window button and the tray spilled all over the server, Alexis. Her reaction was commendable as well as the people in the car. The driver was very apologetic and Alexis said it was ok and took time to see what needed remade. She went inside and I saw her communicating to her coworkers what the guests needed before going to clean herself up. Her coworkers had her back bringing the order out reassuring the remorseful man that it was okay (teamwork). Alexis reappeared with a smile and a dry shirt Once again, telling the customer it was OK. I am writing this because as somebody witnessing the maturity from the young girl and everyone was refreshing and I wanted to give credit where it’s due!

“Why does anyone think this is good chicken? I got it last week for the first time and was not impressed. It was greasy had almost no flavor and their dipping sauce is disgusting. If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. Also if the chicken "fingers" were any smaller they should be called nuggets.“

“We stopped today around 5pm and since it just opened, we for sure thought it would be chaotic. Everything was so well thought out and the SPD was there just in case. “Dq was at a local school handing out free ice cream sandwiches to the community at basketball game. Nice gesture UNTIL I heard how I would assume the owner(Randy) of that DQ was speaking to a 7yr old. Was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the age of the child in the manor he handled a situation. The young child's parents and grandparents were near and readily available in any way if needed. Disappointed to see this behavior from a business (a grown adult) that I would hope had good intentions. 🤷‍♀️“

“Potato cakes are back!!! I'm not a fan of shaved beef, but the have great burgers and the chicken snack ranch wraps are a deal at 2 for $5! Also love their mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers and of course the seasoned curly fries are awesome! Had a jamocha shake that was super tasty!“

“Yesterday, I came in at around 9 am for a good breakfast meal to start my day. The polite and kind young man working the cash register was very kind and helpful, with a smile on their face! You usually do not see people like that these days!! He helped me decide on the Bacon Egg N Cheese Biscuit with a hashbrown and a medium coffee with two creams. This was my first time at this McDonalds location and seeing the young mans positivity really made my day! When he brang out my food, I asked for his name and I think he said Jake. Way to go McDonalds, and way to go Jake! He has a bright future ahead of him.“

“This is one of the best McDonald's in NE Ohio! I usually start every workday with their coffee and a breakfast sandwich or blueberry muffin. Today, I tried the sausage gravy and biscuit..... FANTASTIC! Really tastes great, the perfect touch of spiciness and generous portion of gravy! I always use the mobile ordering feature and rarely need to wait long for the food, which is always served fresh, hot and delicious - brought out to my vehicle with a smile!“

“*Update: Due to Pizza Hut’s response, I have increased the rating to 4-Stars.Not a fan of this location. Despite the convenient late hours and amazing deals they offer, that’s about the only time it’s worth it (except maybe if you’re not a huge fan of pizza sauce).Their pizza is almost sauceless here, which accounts for most of the rating. I then began selecting “extra sauce” when ordering, but end up with a very small amount - only a slight smear…which for me, I don’t think tastes good. Even when ordering it well-done, the pizza just seems like it’s maybe cooked to a regular-bake, in my opinion.All of my orders have been ready on time nevertheless! I do always try to take care of the workers, and have given this location half a dozen tries too, but still have the same experience. I’ve ordered from both the app, and the website as well, to be sure before reviewing.All-in-all, the hand tossed pizza is pretty mediocre taste-wise I would say…but the value is certainly worth it - but only when using a coupon. “Great place to get food from and the delivery driver's are very nice they are very popular and it may take a bit to get your order during rush times however the cool thing is if you order delivery they won't make the food until the driver is back to deliver it hot and fresh your food don't sit around when is comes out of the over the driver takes it to you hot out of the oven“
