“we went there today for dinner at 4:30 pm (no one was there eating and only 2 cars in the drive thru) and this restaurant was filthy including the kitchen. If the owner would like pictures of the dining room reach out to me. I couldn't get pictures of the kitchen. I did tell the cashier that someone needs to grab a broom, wash cloth, mop and change the trash. Your manager should be embarrassed.“

“We were eating our food and as the car next to us was getting their food, the driver accidentally hit the window button and the tray spilled all over the server, Alexis. Her reaction was commendable as well as the people in the car. The driver was very apologetic and Alexis said it was ok and took time to see what needed remade. She went inside and I saw her communicating to her coworkers what the guests needed before going to clean herself up. Her coworkers had her back bringing the order out reassuring the remorseful man that it was okay (teamwork). Alexis reappeared with a smile and a dry shirt Once again, telling the customer it was OK. I am writing this because as somebody witnessing the maturity from the young girl and everyone was refreshing and I wanted to give credit where it’s due!

“Why does anyone think this is good chicken? I got it last week for the first time and was not impressed. It was greasy had almost no flavor and their dipping sauce is disgusting. If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. Also if the chicken "fingers" were any smaller they should be called nuggets.“

“Was on a job in Chagrin Falls and was across the street from this place and checked out the reviews and immediately decided to grab a sandwich for lunch, needless to say it was delicious, it reminded me of a sandwich grandma would make but better! Will definitely be back!“

“Dq was at a local school handing out free ice cream sandwiches to the community at basketball game. Nice gesture UNTIL I heard how I would assume the owner(Randy) of that DQ was speaking to a 7yr old. Was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the age of the child in the manor he handled a situation. The young child's parents and grandparents were near and readily available in any way if needed. Disappointed to see this behavior from a business (a grown adult) that I would hope had good intentions. 🤷‍♀️“

“My wife and I brought some international students from Kent State to 5 Guys to experience some of the best burgers in town! They don’t disappoint!“

“Potato cakes are back!!! I'm not a fan of shaved beef, but the have great burgers and the chicken snack ranch wraps are a deal at 2 for $5! Also love their mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers and of course the seasoned curly fries are awesome! Had a jamocha shake that was super tasty!“

I like it's arrangement better than the one in Stow.
My husband had a Spinach Salad, with a Chicken breast added.
I had a Southwest Salad.
The tortilla chips were markedly rancid; you could smell and taste it.
When I told the waitstaff, she said she would tell the manager.
Good customer service would have been for the manager to have come to our table to speak with us; and for there to have been an adjustment on the bill.
That didn't happen.“

“The staff here is amazing! I rushed in at about 11 am this morning needing a cup of ice for my four year old granddaughter who had just gotten her fingers caught in the car window. They quickly got the cup and ice and wouldn’t let me pay for it. Thanks so very much for your quick and caring response! Good employees are hard to find and yours are the best.“

“McDonald's in Garrettsville was a completely different experience than I've had in a long time. Cortland McDonald's is nothing by comparison. Some of the things that Garrettsville got right that Cortland hasn't in a very long time:

✅ The fries. Hot, Fresh, and for the first time in forever I got fries from McDonald's that were ACTUALLY SALTED! Crazy, I know.
✅ The burgers: Fresh, not dried out, and well-seasoned
✅ Possibly the most impressive: The drinks were not only still on the dollar drink sale, they also actually tasted like the drink requested and not with some strange kind of taste that feels like the machine wasn't cleaned properly in a long time.

I don't know what kind of dark magic Garrettsville McDonald's has enacted to make it all so good, but if Cortland could get half as much as what I experienced in Garrettsville, I might actually stop there more often than once every 3 months or so when family comes to visit“

“Yesterday, I came in at around 9 am for a good breakfast meal to start my day. The polite and kind young man working the cash register was very kind and helpful, with a smile on their face! You usually do not see people like that these days!! He helped me decide on the Bacon Egg N Cheese Biscuit with a hashbrown and a medium coffee with two creams. This was my first time at this McDonalds location and seeing the young mans positivity really made my day! When he brang out my food, I asked for his name and I think he said Jake. Way to go McDonalds, and way to go Jake! He has a bright future ahead of him.“
