“Great customer service ….. I place an order over the phone around 1pm . The young lady had great customer service . I ordered a chicken & steak Philly . The young lady told me 15 minutes until my order will be ready for pick up . I arrived at the store to pick up my order within that 15 mins . Great customer service . The food was hot and fresh . My chicken &steak Philly was good . I will recommend this place .“

“Went inside on 2-14-25 @6:45pm at the Wendy's location in Maple Hts, oh 44137. Whoever the young man was working the counter, I think he was new, gave excellent service then some, a mentally challenged young lady kept coming up to the counter pushing everybody out of the way, but he was nothing but patience and kind to her. Young man keep up the great work.“

Also, my suggestion would be to switch out the fried chicken patties with grilled patties.

“Late night eats went thru drive thru Friday night around 9:45. Was a small wait about 10 minutes. No problem. The drive thru gentleman was so polite and funny and apologize for our wait. Our food was delicious,hot and correct. This is definitely one of the best taco bells to go to. If you employee good courtesy workers like this I am going to continue. Thank you!“

“I was pleasantly surprised to pull up to Mr chicken and was greeted by a very bright voice asking”how can I make your day better” the voice was of a worker Brenda!!! She was amazing she handled my order and all the other drive thru orders with ease! I am always reluctant to come to this Mr chicken after bad experiences in the past but after experiencing Brenda and her wonderful customer service I will be visiting again, and also all my food was fresh“
