“I was pleasantly surprised to pull up to Mr chicken and was greeted by a very bright voice asking”how can I make your day better” the voice was of a worker Brenda!!! She was amazing she handled my order and all the other drive thru orders with ease! I am always reluctant to come to this Mr chicken after bad experiences in the past but after experiencing Brenda and her wonderful customer service I will be visiting again, and also all my food was fresh“

“Great customer service ….. I place an order over the phone around 1pm . The young lady had great customer service . I ordered a chicken & steak Philly . The young lady told me 15 minutes until my order will be ready for pick up . I arrived at the store to pick up my order within that 15 mins . Great customer service . The food was hot and fresh . My chicken &steak Philly was good . I will recommend this place .“

“I usually don't give reviews on Fast Food restaurants, but I simply had to today. My husband and I went to Rally's in Maple Hts., and ordered a burger, fries,and a caramel cheesecake sundae. I have ordered them before from this location. But when I tell you this was the prettiest sundae I have ever seen (outside of a five star restaurant), it was the prettiest! Don't let anyone tell you that presentation isn't everything. It is. The young man who made this sundae so elegantly was named 'Aaron'. I just had to give him a shout out. Aaron, you rock“

“Two hours later. Still no pizza. Contacted the company. Dan the manager placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. Dan lacks customer service he will walk away from you if you are face to face with him. Thief“

“Went inside on 2-14-25 @6:45pm at the Wendy's location in Maple Hts, oh 44137. Whoever the young man was working the counter, I think he was new, gave excellent service then some, a mentally challenged young lady kept coming up to the counter pushing everybody out of the way, but he was nothing but patience and kind to her. Young man keep up the great work.“

Also, my suggestion would be to switch out the fried chicken patties with grilled patties.

Vegetarian options: No veggie options, may contain little fruit but that's it“
