“I don't get over here consistently but I try to make it when I'm in marion. Today I headed downtown with my dog only to find out the rd was closed at the coffee shop due to a car show. It's too hot to leave the dog in the car and walk so I called and explained my situation and the super friendly girl that answered the phone made me a drink and brought it to the door for me with a homemade bone for my dog! He loved it and now I wish I'd ask her if she sells them! Also my cold brew concoction hit the spot!”

“Me and my family just ate there today and I am 1000% satisfied. I ordered the Birria street tacos and elote corn balls. Absolutely delicious! One of the best meals I've ever had. This is the second time I have ate there and both times are equally amazing. Even the left overs were fantastic. I highly recommend. I think this will now become a regular stop for my family and I. We are not from Marion it's a 30 minute drive but worth it! I'm still in awe of how delicious the food was. Thank you for making my day with your amazing food.”

The young lady at the counter helped my sons especially and we could not be happier guests. Best McDonalds in town probably the surrounding 50 miles. “I'll be honest it's good depending on what time and who's working. There's great food and service sometimes, and other times there's not a lot of effort into customer service. You can usually get good service until 5 and after slow to get the order and fast to get you out.”

“Best pizza in Marion as far as I'm concerned. Get a BLT foldover and tell me it isn't delicious. I don't even particularly like bacon but the BLT foldover is amazing. Gyro is too, actually. Greasy as hell, but that comes with eating lamb, so it's sort of complaining about a pool being too wet.”

The staff is fun, down to earth, polite, helpful, and the best part is they keep my water glass full! 😊 The mixed drinks are always prepared perfectly and the craft beer is delicious. “We had L&P make our cakes for our wedding of over 100 people. We did a two tier white cake for my husband and I, and 3 sheet cakes one white, chocolate, and lemon with raspberry filling. The cakes were absolutely delicious. I would recommend L&P to make cakes for any event you have!”

“Stopped in on a road trip to change my son's diaper and one of the employees went out of his way to make accommodations since there was no changing table in the restroom. Ordered 2 smoothies for my kids after because of his kindness. He was unbelievably polite and changed my crabby 2 year old's attitude into happiness with that smoothie. Glad to have stopped in and met him! Both kids reported that the smoothies were delicious!”

For carb conscious folks, the flounder in the Fisherman's Platter is thick and tasty and you can easily get the breading off all the different items. No need to season the bare fish -- they do something to give it flavor. Unfortunately, their walleye is too thin to peel the breading off. Salads are also generous and yummy.”

That's just occasionally. If you eat at any restaurant a few times a year, your bound to catch them at bad times. But, overall, it's pretty good and I 'll keep going back.”

“Steve’s is an awesome place to go for lunch or dinner…. at the bar you can get several specials on appetizers, drinks and meals every day. Their happy hour is between 4 & 6 every day. I go there and have been for years a couple times a week. The bartender and all the servers are all very friendly and do an awesome job….. make sure you tip your server ! 🙂”
