“We dined here on the occasion of a family birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were treated in a friendly and efficient way. We chose Firebirds for its quality food, but also because their menu is broad-based enough to satisfy even finicky teenagers. From the tasty lobster queso appetizer and Caesar salads, right through the main courses of steak & pasta, a tomahawk pork chop, ahi tuna, and the filet/shrimp combo, everything was excellent. The wait staff were great — right on time when needed, but not overbearing. We will go back, soon.”

“We followed our favorite dolsot bowl chef from Downtown restaurants up to Mason. we had the burrito and dumplings for appetizers with sake. The burrito was soooo good. Owner actually waited on us and service was great. all four of us each got Stone bowls and they were all amazing! and my son got a noodle dish which we loved as well. I had a really good Chardonnay and my husband loved the corn tea.. we will definitely be back again because we had a wonderful experience in the food was awesome! beautiful Ambiance as well”

“We had my daughter’s birthday here yesterday, and it was such a great experience. The concept was beautiful, food was delicious, and Service was outstanding!!! Highly recommend as this is not your typical hibachi place. It’s stunning.”

“Went to a celebration gathering for dinner with a party of 11. Appetizers took a while to come out, but the waitress apologized. Everyone liked their food, but my wife and I ordered the salmon. It was grilled and a bit dry and had no seasoning on it, except a bit of some kind of bland sauce. The risotto was similarly without flavor. The asparagus was fine, but one of the stalks my wife got on her plate was thin, shriveled and overdone. There were some in the group that got the scallops and all raved about how delicious they were. Will have to try those next time, or something more traditionally Italian, like their lasagna, which I heard was good. Would like to see a vegetarian lasagna be offered, but I know restaurants today have you focus on big sellers. Overall good Italian food - the bread and dipping oil was a highlight - and the atmosphere was great for a group dinner or a quiet couples night out. Next time, we will have to try the desert.”

“Googled local breweries on a free Saturday 4-19 and came upon Common Beer. Took a shot in the dark but as soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a friendly Hello. The bartender was very busy but she was still so sweet and took care of everyone with such grace! My boyfriend asked the bartender to pick a flight after he told him what he likes and it did not disappoint. You can tell this is a local regular spot for so many which makes it even more inviting. We loved it so much and will be back.”

“We loved the idea of having a bar near inside the waterpark. They had a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and also a good selection of beer, either on tap or in can. Extremely convenient, and liked that they too were cashless.”

“Montana and crew did an outstanding job to accommodate our group of 22. They went above and beyond, and our stay exceeded expectations. We had many reservation changes over the past few months, and they were very flexible and did all they could to make our stay the best that it could be. For example, they bent over backwards to make sure we were all on one floor and had adjoining rooms. Every single staff person we met at the hotel was friendly and willing to help. The property was perfect for our reunion - the indoor and outdoor pools were great for the kids, and the lobby was a great place to hang out. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and up-to-date. We definitely want to come back!”

“The place was good. Menu was simple and easy to understand. This was my first time trying frozen yogurt at this place. I took the original yogurt, apparently I felt the taste was too sour and sweet. I personally didn’t like it, but may be others might like it.

I ordered pancakes and bacon, and my sister ordered an omelette. Everything tasted AMAZING!!! I highly recommend, and they have plenty of options if you are vegetarian (like my sister)! The manager was also a big help, on the busy weekend, he seemed to be doing a lot, great job! 11/10 place, and I might come down and extra visit, just to eat here again!”

“I am admittedly not easily impressed, but my son and I had a great experience all around tonight for a quick bite. From the greeting when we walked in, our server Matthew and the food everything was spot on. Tables were being cleaned as people left, the bartenders were wiping down the station, the food came out hot and cooked properly, the employees having a genuine smile. I can honestly say that it was a better experience than I have had at some of the most high end expensive restaurants in Cincinnati. Keep up the great work! Thank you we will definitely be back.”

“The Cocoon Coffee space is spacious, roomy, and comfortable. This is a perfect spot to grab a coffee and read a book or play a board game. Their drinks are unique and delectable. I got the Blueberry Muffin Matcha which was pure creamy, smooth, matcha, milky goodness in my tummy. Additionally, the service is quick and the baristas are very warm, friendly, and kind. Highly recommend this coffee spot if you’re looking for a cozy spot to grab a nice coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.”

“Finally tried this local coffee shop over the summer and it has been my “go to” ever since. Absolutely love this spot! The coffee is fantastic and not too sweet which is an incredibly hard thing to find when you love some flavor, but not sweetness overload. Plus the syrups are homemade. The staff is always so friendly and I look forward to seeing them when I stop in. I even brought my 3 year old one time and she was accidentally talking loudly but the other customers and male barista were very kind about it. The back area is so serene & peaceful on the rare occasions I get to sit and enjoy my coffee. Only suggestion would be to make the front area more cozy with decor and furniture but I also understand a tight space. Haven’t been in the evening for wine and music yet, but I look forward to it at some point.”

“Cleveland Brown's fans this is your hang out spot in Cincy. Ok beyond that, the food was very good, the selection was huge. Fast service and clean place. There is still outdoor seating to enjoy. We drove an hour to try it and brought the parents. No one was disappointed. Well except the Browns' fans. That was a tough lose to Detriot. But they had good food and cold drinks too console themselves with until next week. Highly recommended 👌”

For a little bit of context, I lived in California for 9 years and while I’m white, i grew up eating authentic Mexican food from trucks, whole in the wall shops, etc. since moving to Ohio I have yet to find a Mexican spot that brings that amount of flavor and wow to Mexican cuisine. Until today when I stepped into Tortilleria Garcia. The Carnitas are soft, and melt in your mouth, the chips are crunchy and don’t crumble when you did them into their flavorful guacamole. *cough cough* chipotle. All in all the atmosphere is great, with actual Hispanic music playing In the background while the kitchen cooks up a storm. If not enough already the prices outweigh that of almost every single “authentic” Mexican restaurant in the area, a packed burrito, chips and guac, and a drink for about 20 bucks is a steal for a great experience.”

“The French Quarter is a gem inside the park. It has great muffalettas and shrimp po' boys. The pasta salad is also very good. I also realized they have hot chocolate. It's a nice changeup from the usual pizza, burgers, and chicken fingers. If you have a season dining pass, you should check it out. I'd recommend eating outside. You get a view of the Eiffel Tower and the fountain. It has that vibe of Paris and may be the best dining location for that. It does take a little time to get your food, but it's not been sitting under a heat lamp. The only downside is the fall and winter options. I would hope they just stick with what works. As far as consistency, this place was as good two days ago as it has been since it first opened.”

I live in Indiana, but while taking grandkids to Great Wolf Lodge, we always order Jet's from this specific location each time. Never disappointing, always consistent, and ALWAYS delicious! That's one nice thing about all the Jet's locations I've ever had pizza from....consistency in quality, flavor, value, and employees. I even had it in Florida a couple years ago, and tasted same as my visits in Indiana and Ohio. Thanks, Jet's!”

“For basic chicken tenders and fries it was delicious. Light attendance day so easy to find a wheelchair-accessible table, but most seating at the eating areas is benches. If unable to find an open accessible table, there are two seating spots with a lower counter at the new bar on the south side of this restaurant that are likely open. Wish the table area had better shade. None of the wheelchair spots were completely shaded.

“We visited here on a Saturday and we had great service. I highly recommend the Pub Burger. We also were here a year ago, and I had the London Bridge fish sandwich, which was also perfect. My wife tried the KI salad. It was really heavy on the onion, which is odd for a salad with cheese crumbles, pecans, and cranberries. Also, the dressing was too sweet and they put too much on. Imagine the sweet onion sauce from Subway. It was an odd combination. Also, the only other downside was that tutor tots were the only side choice unless you wanted to pay an uncharged. Overall, the food is great, and I can't wait to try other menu options.”

“As far as I know, this spot is managed by the same folks who operate the Subway on Arbor Square Drive near Kroger. Both places are fantastic, and they consistently deliver top-notch quality. I have to admit, I frequent both spots for lunch a few times a week, especially when I'm at Walmart grabbing groceries. It's incredibly convenient, and I have full confidence in the freshness and preparation of the food. Keep up the excellent work!”

I tried the thick crust and it was very good… light and crispy on the bottom, and perfectly cooked all the way through — not doughy at all. One star off for the wait… it looked like they were filling three DoorDash orders for every person standing there in line, so it took a while to get through. But again, the food was yummy!”
