The only qualm I had was how the manager or owner responded to my mum requesting more milk in her cappuccino, as if we don’t have any knowledge in coffee. The foam was not foamy or thick with a ton of bubbles inside the foam. As if they didn’t tap it before pouring it in. He explained the drink to her and had a perplexed judgment look on his face. I almost wanted to intervene and ask if he wanted to try the drink himself. I don’t have an issue with people informing us how the drink is supposed to be made, but the assumption that the customer is not informed rather than, “hey maybe the barista had a faulty drink this one time” or adjusting to my mum’s preference, came off strange. The coffee was bitter, which is why she asked for more milk. I wish they had been kinder in responding to an older foreign lady or ask what was wrong while explaining their reasonings“

The smores bars instantly transport me back to my grandma's house, in front of the wood stove putting together that messy concoction, yet all you need is a napkin. Since my girls were born, from their baptism to communion and our yearly holiday family gatherings for my girls’ Christmas birthday, I always buy from Whites flower , because you never disappoint.

This year, was a little different for us. I had totally forgotten to pick up my girls’ birthday cake on Saturday afternoon. By the time my husband and I remembered that the cake needed to be picked up, the cake shoppe was already closed for the day and the Sunday the following day the shop was closed for business. But the owners of white flower went above and beyond to make sure my husband was able to get my girls’ birthday cake. It was such a relief that my girls were able to celebrate their party that day with a special birthday cake, which is always the highlight of the party. It’s not just you made my day, you made my 2 nine-year-old daughters incredibly happy on their birthday.

They messed up our cake order with 3 different mistakes. then when I called I heard one of the people on the phone in the background talking badly about me. wildly unprofessional! saying i left with the cake so its not their problem.(my husband picked it up and when he brought it home I realized all the mistakes made) so I called immediately like 10 mins later and the baker left for the day so we had to just have a cake that was incorrect. Tues I spoke to the baker who made the cake and explained to her the mistakes that were made. she just kept trying to shift blame onto me. saying oh well you left with the cake so its not our problem once you leave with it. I expressed my husband picked it up cause I was getting ready for the party and as soon as he opened it I saw immediately it was wrong and called you within minutes. didnt matter she wasnt willing to help us out. no discount. no refund, no nothing. she kept blaming her mistakes on the photo I sent her being "too old to see" but the mistakes had nothing to do with the picture. it was a HER mistake not a picture mistake. 1: there was to be no writing on the cake because we have a topper. and they wrote on the cake. 2.I asked them to write a message on the cake board instead. which they didnt. 3. I asked for light pale pink flowers and they were bright fuschia pink. but somehow those mistakes are because of an "old photo?" ok. **eye roll** she took zero ownership and gave no help toward finding a fair way to make the customer happy. I do not recommend this place. they are rude, don't follow instructions, overpriced, poor customer service, and take zero responsibility for their actions. absolutely blown away being treated this way by a buisness. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. below is will post photos of the cake and the notes stating what I wanted and didnt get.“

“Meg’s challah is the best, and her customer service is, too! We ordered a pesto mozzarella challah that was incredible — soft inside and crunchy outside and full of flavor. She baked each challah with love, and she’s so passionate about her work. This isn’t her full-time job, just a hobby turned passion turned side hustle. You can tell she keeps it up because it brings her joy — and in doing so, she brings joy to others. I wish I lived a little closer so I could order on a more regular basis. If you’re in the area, don’t sleep on this homemade challah.“

They gave me a Husband and wife donuts topper, had nailed the very specific cake flavor I wanted and made it look so beautiful. I can not praise them enough for this. Asian bakeries/patisseries are hard to come by in the Cleveland area so naturally I was excited to try and was not disappointed. Ordered a box of pastries as well as their green tea roll cake. Croissants are the best I’ve had in Cleveland. So many flaky layers, perfect texture, just the right amount of sweetness. Green tea roll cake was also phenomenal. Had bits of red bean and the cream was light and airy. The cake itself was soft and moist. Will be coming back. Highly recommend“

It’s centrally located and whether i’m eating in or taking out, The Cafe Honeycomb manages their business like you are their only customer, with attention to every detail.
