I personally have worked with Sam, the manager, and his team the past several years to provide teachers and present staff with a meal during their in-person conferences. This location is not only a family favorite place as my boys and I do visit often 😄 but this is also a staple of the Ross Community. HUGE shout out and so much gratitude to Gold Star in Ross, Ohio 10 outta 10 recommend!!! “Night shift seems to have some management issues it’s 11 o’clock at night, but I didn’t get my onions on my five ways skyline usually pretty good about putting what they’re supposed to in a bag so I didn’t check until I got home It kind of ruined my five ways“

“I was able to finally try peanut butter on my bacon cheese burger and if you never have tried it man you are missing out. It's not on the menu but they have it for their shakes. It's the best ooy gooy burger I've had. Fry portions are still ad big as ever a large between two people is more than plenty. Oh and I can't forget the shakes...mmmmm they are thick and taste like a shake should. Not with some fake ice cream but some creamy goodness. The staff is super friendly. “I work over at the 513 wash across the street and I come here on my breaks sometimes, been doin that since November. This place has always been really friendly, peaceful, quiet, and the food is so good. I love my usual server, Amy, she's awesome. I walked in today and the cooks already knew my order, not even the Skyline in Delhi has that memorized, so it really added to the experience! This has to be my favorite location I've ever come to and I'm happy to call this my favorite place to go on lunch break and to work right across the street from! <3“

Food is great. Bit expensive but I'd come here before going to Chipotle now.
Wish they had more topping options but it's a lot of food and very filling because of the rice. I got a bowl with steak and shrimp. Love the 1st customer coupon by purchasing online also.
Employees work fast and are very friendly.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

Normally have good luck with ordering ahead on the app at this location, so I didn’t think to pull out all of the burgers to check this time. I noticed our sides were correct, and even had the sauces I requested… so I thought it would all be correct. Sadly, it was not, and I drove off. I didn’t realize that over half of the burgers didn’t have the correct cheese/ toppings once I got home. I received mostly garlic cheese burgers, and a couple jalapeño cheese (not ordered). I ordered 5 smoked cheddar/ 5 garlic cheese. I’m upset because, we live around 20 minutes away- it isn’t convenient for me to drive back for a correction. :(

Update: Truly some of the best customer service in regards to making up for my last experience/ review. I really appreciated that, and due to normally having great experiences with this location- I’ve changed my review back to 5 stars.“

“Now I'm ruined.
I've only been there once but best white castle I've ever been to. I was just hoping they were open. 2:30 in the morning on a Saturday night there were like 6 workers in there hard at it! I ordered 20 sliders and 4 fries. As they took my order the staff was ready and on it. Few minutes later I had hot fresh white castle. I guess I have low standards but it amazed me how well things work when everyone does their job. I'm afraid now my bar has been raised to a height that will ruin every other experience. If you want white castle drive past your local one and try the best.“

“I had not eaten here in a very long time. Last time I was here it was not a very good experience, so I didn't return. Saturday I was out with my son, and he suggested that we eat here. This Skyline has really changed. Seemed to be better lit inside, the food was good, but the service was outstanding! Our server was Emma W. was amazing. She made it a real pleasure to eat here. Management of Skyline should be made aware of this employee and recognize her for her customer service.“

“I had some of the garlic Parmesan chicken strips today along with some onion rings. These things were absolutely awesome! I mean, fresh and as hot as you could get. I’ve only eaten food from Dairy Queen just a few times in past years, but normally I get the ice cream. But I was surprised how good the food was. Absolutely excellent.“

Everyone was working insanely hard to keep everything running smoothly and they did not miss a beat.

Addy, inparticular, toom care of us at the counter and did an amazing job. She checked on us constantly while running food for other servers and taking care of the rest of her tables.“

“I made a late-night detour to this iconic fast-food spot during my road trip across the state because I was craving some comfort food. The drive-thru line was moving pretty quickly, and the staff member taking orders was surprisingly upbeat and cheerful given how late it was. I got a sack of their classic small square burgers and some onion rings, and everything was served steaming hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The only downside was that the parking lot was a bit messy with litter, but the quick service and tasty sliders made for a satisfying midnight snack.“

“In a world of uncertainty and mediocrity for restaurants and service levels, this Arby's has remained consistent across multiple visits. Consistently good food and decent but not mind blowing service. The bar is low in general but they certainly haven't and won't drive me away as other locations and businesses have.

“Love Wendy's one of the best fast food restaurants me and my kids go to Wendy's all the time because the $5 meal you cannot beat it junior bacon cheeseburger nuggets fries and a drink for 5 bucks it's a good meal. Always fresh food services always been fast the one in Harrison and in Lawrenceburg they have a great staff sodas Harrison and it's not fun working in food service I do it as a job but the people working at Wendy's have always been friendly fast and good service. “Still maintain that this location is clean but the service wasn't as good this time. Now then... Flamethrower Grillburger Cheese Curds Hot Fudge Funnel Cake What Is It: The Flamethrower is a half pound burger topped with fiery Flamethrower sauce, melted pepper jack cheese, jalapeño bacon, lettuce, and tomato (the latter two I had them leave off my sandwich.) Cheese curds are fried cheese bites and the funnel cake comes topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Presentation: The sandwich isn't nearly as appealing as the menu shows and it's not just because I left the veggies off. The other two items look acceptable. 4 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: I'm a big fan of the Flamethrower. Even though visually this wasn't the best the flavours were definitely there. Lot's of spicy goodness to be had here. I recommend getting extra flamethrower sauce for it as that's especially tasty. The cheese curds were run of the mill and really could have used a dipping sauce of some kind. The funnel cake while tasty really didn't remind me of a funnel cake. It was kinda like a below average plain donut topped with a bunch of stuff. Still a sweet dessert but hardly a state fair funnel cake. Some good and mediocre with this meal but at the end of it I'm satisfied. Flamethrower Grillburger: 8 out of 10 Cheese Curds: 4 out of 10 Hot Fudge Funnel Cake: 4.5 out of 10“

“Skyline Chili is my favorite restaurant. My wife and I spent a few days sightseeing in Cincinnati. She has never been to Cincy. She has never had Skyline Chili. I told here that you haven't been Cincy until you have their chili. I ordered us Cheese Coney dogs & a 5-way chili. She loved it. Our server was the best. She treated my wife like royalty. She gave her a newbie bowl of their chili to try before we ordered and she put a bib on her.“

“Being from Pennsylvania, having a Wawa in Kentucky was pretty amazing to us. Wawa is our go to coffee and gas while we're traveling and living in Pennsylvania. This was a brand new store and the staff was very friendly and actually gave us some of the history about Wawa that we didn't know.“
