“We wasn't intending on going to Five Guys we we're were actually on our way to another restaurant. I was involved in a bad accident at the intersection of ring road involving me, my husband, and 6yr old child. Everyone was okay thank God. But the hospitality of the workers that night was absolutely above and beyond anything I could ever expect. The manager on shift instantly came out and gave my son a shake to help cheer him up😊. Then invited us inside out of the rain and offered us fresh hot fries! We will definitely be eating there very soon. Thank you Five Guys and God bless you all!!😊“

“As a co-chair of hospitality for the Ross Intermediate School's PTO we're always looking for ways to include our local businesses when giving back and showing appreciation to the staff at our school. I personally have worked with Sam, the manager, and his team the past several years to provide teachers and present staff with a meal during their in-person conferences. This location is not only a family favorite place as my boys and I do visit often 😄 but this is also a staple of the Ross Community. HUGE shout out and so much gratitude to Gold Star in Ross, Ohio 10 outta 10 recommend!!! THANKS!! also to add real quick when I have family come in from out of town (there are no Gold Stars that we know of North of Dayton, Ohio) first stop is and probably always will be Gold Star ⭐“

“Night shift seems to have some management issues it’s 11 o’clock at night, but I didn’t get my onions on my five ways skyline usually pretty good about putting what they’re supposed to in a bag so I didn’t check until I got home It kind of ruined my five ways“

“I work over at the 513 wash across the street and I come here on my breaks sometimes, been doin that since November. This place has always been really friendly, peaceful, quiet, and the food is so good. I love my usual server, Amy, she's awesome. I walked in today and the cooks already knew my order, not even the Skyline in Delhi has that memorized, so it really added to the experience! This has to be my favorite location I've ever come to and I'm happy to call this my favorite place to go on lunch break and to work right across the street from! <3“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

Normally have good luck with ordering ahead on the app at this location, so I didn’t think to pull out all of the burgers to check this time. I noticed our sides were correct, and even had the sauces I requested… so I thought it would all be correct. Sadly, it was not, and I drove off. I didn’t realize that over half of the burgers didn’t have the correct cheese/ toppings once I got home. I received mostly garlic cheese burgers, and a couple jalapeño cheese (not ordered). I ordered 5 smoked cheddar/ 5 garlic cheese. I’m upset because, we live around 20 minutes away- it isn’t convenient for me to drive back for a correction. :(

Update: Truly some of the best customer service in regards to making up for my last experience/ review. I really appreciated that, and due to normally having great experiences with this location- I’ve changed my review back to 5 stars.“

“This is the best White Castle off New Haven Road. It is in a gas station but they have drive thru service. It is open 24 hours and the food is cooked fresh and the staff are friendly! Great place to go on your way home from Cincinnati. Highly recommend.“

“We moved away from Cincinnati about 7 years ago and stopped off at this location on our way out of town recently. It’s set a bit back off the road so use a directions app or you’ll have to go looking for it. Absolutely the nicest staff! We started chatting with them about the new chicken chili and they offered my boyfriend a free chillito to sample! We told them about living out of town and on our way out the door they gave us this gift bag! This will definitely be my stop from now on on my way out of town!“

“I had not eaten here in a very long time. Last time I was here it was not a very good experience, so I didn't return. Saturday I was out with my son, and he suggested that we eat here. This Skyline has really changed. Seemed to be better lit inside, the food was good, but the service was outstanding! Our server was Emma W. was amazing. She made it a real pleasure to eat here. Management of Skyline should be made aware of this employee and recognize her for her customer service.“

“Quick, friendly service. They have tasty chili whether you have it served on a hot dog or a bowl of spaghetti. You can get onions, beans and cheese with it. Also, they have fair prices. “I had some of the garlic Parmesan chicken strips today along with some onion rings. These things were absolutely awesome! I mean, fresh and as hot as you could get. I’ve only eaten food from Dairy Queen just a few times in past years, but normally I get the ice cream. But I was surprised how good the food was. Absolutely excellent.“

“The people are really good in there but they are never clear on how the food combos work. They ask what number you want and there are no numbers on the screen. Then they ask if you want one or two sandwiches after you've already chosen a number. The number should be what it says it is. I'm never sure what I'm going to get exactly.“

“The staff at this location is unbelievable. My daughter ordered a sub she did not like. I went up to get her another sub and pay for a new one. Staff were all smiling apologized numerous times, made a new one, and would not allow me to pay. This was unexpected. Every staff member had a smile on their face and were extremely professional. “Still maintain that this location is clean but the service wasn't as good this time. Now then... Flamethrower Grillburger Cheese Curds Hot Fudge Funnel Cake What Is It: The Flamethrower is a half pound burger topped with fiery Flamethrower sauce, melted pepper jack cheese, jalapeño bacon, lettuce, and tomato (the latter two I had them leave off my sandwich.) Cheese curds are fried cheese bites and the funnel cake comes topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Presentation: The sandwich isn't nearly as appealing as the menu shows and it's not just because I left the veggies off. The other two items look acceptable. 4 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: I'm a big fan of the Flamethrower. Even though visually this wasn't the best the flavours were definitely there. Lot's of spicy goodness to be had here. I recommend getting extra flamethrower sauce for it as that's especially tasty. The cheese curds were run of the mill and really could have used a dipping sauce of some kind. The funnel cake while tasty really didn't remind me of a funnel cake. It was kinda like a below average plain donut topped with a bunch of stuff. Still a sweet dessert but hardly a state fair funnel cake. Some good and mediocre with this meal but at the end of it I'm satisfied. Flamethrower Grillburger: 8 out of 10 Cheese Curds: 4 out of 10 Hot Fudge Funnel Cake: 4.5 out of 10“

“Skyline Chili is my favorite restaurant. My wife and I spent a few days sightseeing in Cincinnati. She has never been to Cincy. She has never had Skyline Chili. I told here that you haven't been Cincy until you have their chili. I ordered us Cheese Coney dogs & a 5-way chili. She loved it. Our server was the best. She treated my wife like royalty. She gave her a newbie bowl of their chili to try before we ordered and she put a bib on her.“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“
