“Great local & family owned travel center! I used the mudflap app to save 10 cents on my diesel, and purchased a lounge pass to the new private truckers lounge. Was a very nice space, has new showers, got a coffee and relaxed for a bit. Parking is secure and convenient, I like stopping here much more that Pilot or Loves.“

“My fiance and I made an online order, coming through the drive-thru the manager reluctantly had to tell us she was not able to complete our order for circumstances out of her control. The manager was very apologetic and took care of us in an extremely professional manner the food was amazing and even though things don't always go right customer service like this is what makes customers keep coming back.“

“We checked this spot out recently. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We got egg rolls, drunken noodles and sweet and sour chicken. It was all fresh and yummy. The drunken noodles had fantastic wok hay. Can’t wait to work through the menu. The food was ready super quickly and made to order. A hidden gem of Oregon. The staff were also very helpful and attentive and answered all of my questions.“

“On our way back from vacation needed a place to stop as quite fatigued. I could not believe that everything seemed to have been freshly made. Typically in the middle of the night at a McDonalds you can tell that food has been sitting past time in the UHC trays, but I could tell the fries, nuggets, and 10:1 were all fresh.“

“Came to this location tonight after visiting oak harbors… let’s just say Genoa will always be top tier. We told the employee serving us, Hannah, about our poor experience and showed her the food that was given to us at the oak harbor location (not good at all). She was so sweet and apologized for our bad experience and made sure our order looked good. She even threw in free taco coupons for us. Seriously, will always be the best Taco Bell I’ve been to.“

My wife and I stopped by this Taco Bell drive thru not long ago, and I felt like I should share our experience after seeing that harsh review about Alliyah P. We were actually helped by her not too long ago, and I can confidently say she was nothing but polite, professional, and attentive. She greeted us warmly, double-checked our order, and even apologized for a short wait — which honestly wasn’t long at all. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their work, and Alliyah definitely does. While some of the other employees seemed distracted or just ready to get through the rush, she was focused and respectful, making sure every customer was handled properly. That kind of attitude stands out nowadays. It’s unfair when people post extreme comments after one small issue, especially when they don’t realize how hectic drive-thru work can get during busy hours. My wife even mentioned how refreshing it was to see someone her age working with that level of care and professionalism. We had no problems with our order everything was right, hot, and served with a smile. It’s sad to see someone try to tear down an employee who’s clearly doing her best and treating people well.
