“Very friendly staff. Great food. Very clean. They never give sauces, we've never successfully got sauces even when asked, and this store loves seeing how much of your order can fit in one bag even if it smashes everything and leads to the bottom breaking out. Very annoying but still the freshest, friendliest mcdonalds in the area.“

“I took my husband for the first time in his life this week. We spent around 60 dollars total for the two of us and our 3 year old

(2 fried mushrooms, 2 sweet potato fried, 2 cheese burgers, and a galley boy along with a large mocha shake, a large chocolate shake and a small banana)

The wait did take a while to the point our son started getting very impatient and crying but everything came hot which is more then I can say for many places even after a wait

The sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious especially with the marshmallow dip I really hope they bring them back next year

The cheese burgers were absolutely delicious and accurate to what we had ordered when it came to customization

My son absolutely adored his banana shake finishing and asking for more

The mocha wasn't what I was expecting I was expecting it to be more like coffee though it was still good

The chocolate shake was amazing well blended and extra chocolatly

“I used to frequent the locations up north. The food here is just as good.

An bigger advantage for me was the drive thru. I use a walker these days, the drive thru was really convenient. Their containers are microwave safe.

Clevelanders it's worth the drive. My taste buds happy with my 3 way with hot sauce.“

This time in particular it was beyond delicious, That prime rib sandwich that they have is the best prime rib sandwich I've ever tasted hands down!! I highly highly recommend trying that sandwich!! The fries was piping hot as well, The drink with ice cold fresh not watered down at all!!! If you tried Freddy's before just a different location I highly recommend you try this location specifically because they know exactly what they are doing when they are preparing sandwiches and making food for customers!!! “Why does anyone think this is good chicken? I got it last week for the first time and was not impressed. It was greasy had almost no flavor and their dipping sauce is disgusting. If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. Also if the chicken "fingers" were any smaller they should be called nuggets.“

“We have been going here for years even before the new owners. The last four times we were there I always ask for the gravy HOT, since almost every place sends it out just warm. If you microwave after it's on the biscuits it ruins the biscuits. anyway I was about ready to quit going there, and my wife suggested we try one more time. Peyton served us and I relayed my message to her. She personally made sure the cook got the message, and it came out Hot as well as my wife's omelet which she orders with half cheese which rarely happens. I always suspected the cook wasn't getting the message from the other server. Hats off to Peyton for saving a long time customer. Thank you“

The atmosphere is happy and fun when ordering, love the free salted peanuts while waiting, the service is amazing because you are never pushed to order quickly, the order taker take their time to make sure that they get everything you want on your order, WOW, what a concept. Your meal comes out fresh hot, and to your specifications, with Five Guys wonderful flavor, MMM yes. I truly enjoyed my experience at Five Guys and can't wait to return, very soon.“

“It was a pretty good Arby's. Stopped in after hitting up Menards. The service was a little slow at first, but it was near lunch time rush and I'm sure they're hurting with staffing just like every other fast food joint. The service was friendly though and polite. Once we did get to order, the food came out pretty quickly. Everything came out as ordered and was good. Definitely use the app to save them $$$.

Parking: There was plenty of parking available when we went. If even there wasn't, there's multiple lots within decent walking distance. It's angled parking though, which I hate, but understand it's what they like to use to save space.“

“This Arby's location is pretty good most of the time. They do miss something in my online order from time to time, and I have to go in. But, they are always polite and quick to get what I am missing. Inside is usually clean ans I often see an employee wiping tables or sweeping the floor.“

Our server Lilly must be new but when ordering our burgers she didn’t ask what cheese we wanted, didn’t refill waters, forgot mayonnaise I requested and just generally took a long time to get our check. “I had to be up very very late at night and I hadn't eaten. There's a Taco Bell in literally in my backyard, on Graham road, but I've had bad experiences there so I went to the Kent location by the airport which was several miles away. The person I dealt with at the window and for the order was Zachary. What a nice young man. I was working really late in the 3:00 a.m. hour. He is just the nicest and sweetest person. This is what customer service is all about. Nobody knows what people are going through and he's just such a nice person and did such a great job on my order. I can't say enough about it. This young man needs a raise and a promotion. They actually care. Whenever I want Taco Bell this is the location I'm going to be going to from now on because it's better than all the rest of them and I've been to many. “It’s refreshing to see a fast food restaurant actually give you food when there is a special like a two for seven for instance. I got two regular roast beef sandwiches and they actually added in more mozzarella sticks all for $11 not bad I appreciate when people go out of their way to make a sandwich right instead of how everybody is cutting corners and you get small portions, but have to pay a bunch of money, thanks again Arby’s for making my sandwiches with some meat on them and the extra mozzarella sticks

“Been going to this Euro Gyro for over 4 years! This place is very clean and the people who work there are nice. I cannot tell you how many times I been there but over 4 years they only got my order wrong once then when I went back in and told them it wasn't no big deal and they had no problem making things right! How many other places can you go to that get's the order right 99% of the time? not many if you ask me. I highly recommend the philly steak sub a personal favorite of mine but whatever you choose I don't think you'll be disappointed“

“The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed.
They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure.
I felt bad.
But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches.
The manager should give those guys a raise!!

“Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant so I've been to many. You'd be surprised but there is quite the variance in quality from Taco Bell to Taco Bell. I've been to this one many times because it's close to me. Their quality has been very consistent. I can only think of a handful of times where they either forgot an item (which they fixed without question) or had lower than normal quality like not properly filling a crunchwrap. And their staff has always been friendly to us. All in all, this location stands out above other Taco Bells I've been to.
I've tried the Taco Bell that's just south of this location off Massillon Road a couple of times and never again. The difference in quality between the 2 locations is astounding and the one off Massillon is not worth going to, even if it's closer.“
