“This was a very nice place to have lunch at. The chicken tenders were delicious and my folks liked their burgers. But I was disappointed in the Andes avalanche custard. They didn’t have any of the mint candy for it. They did offer an alternative but I wasn’t that interested in it.“

“I think we caught them on an “off night”. We've been here three times this summer...always been happy with everything. Last night, the steaks didn't taste as great as before. Our server became extremely busy with a large group, and we had to flag down another server in order to get dessert served....took a very long time. If dessert had not been included in the three-course meal, we would've just asked for the check and left. It just didn't seem as “together” as it had in the past and it was a disappointment.“

“My wife and I sat at the bar for a late lunch at 230pm. We asked to have one tv switched to Gox News to follow the on going war/conflict in the middle east. The server at the bar was quite accommodating and put the news on for us. We were the only patrons at the bar area and only people to be able to see the TV. The manager came over to tell us ,not ask us, that she was changing the channel because they strive for a more inclusive environment. Because of this we will never return to Northstar cafe.“

From the greeting when we walked in, our server Matthew and the food everything was spot on. Tables were being cleaned as people left, the bartenders were wiping down the station, the food came out hot and cooked properly, the employees having a genuine smile. “We go to Bourbon's all the time. For the last 2 years it has been our go to dinner location when we want to eat out. Everything is delicious our favorites are the grippos and truffle Gouda burger with a worthy mention of their chicken tenders, but we haven't had anything that was bad. They also have amazing cocktails! We held our wedding rehearsal dinner here and they decorated the other side of the restaurant and had personalized menus. This is an amazing restaurant with amazing and caring staff! We've never had a bad experience! Bonus: their leftovers are just as good heated up in the air fryer!“

“Faith Restored hallelujah!!! I’ve been coming to this establishment for years and never had a problem I had to leave a bad review until last visit. I was angry and upset and just did it. My 80ish old Mother in law wanted to go for her birthday so I gathered the entire family and I gave it another try. So glad I did.
We actually had the same waitress as last time. She was night and day and did a great and professional job. I ordered the apps and man did I choose the right ones. The kids love the pretzels and I wanted to try the loaded Saratoga chips. When she came back with them I was beyond amazed by the quality and quantity. If you’ve never had their homemade chips you’re missing out. They should market these , sell these in stores. They are light, fresh and the taste is out of this world !! The beer is always icy cold and delicious. We all tried something different this time and everyone was super satisfied. I don’t think a visit to a restaurant could’ve been any better. I know every person and every restaurant has a bad or off kind of day. I want to apologize for being angry and giving you a bad review. Nobody is perfect. Your reply was very professional and you even offered to pay for my meal. You’re back on the map for taking my entire family out when we’re remotely in the area. We live in the neighborhood and really enjoy the place - both the golf and dinner convenience for a family on the go. That said, several of us have asked about getting the Reds games (via the FanDuel Sports Network app) and have gotten a wide variety of lame excuses. For a restaurant in Cincinnati, not making that happen just feels like a missed opportunity—and frankly, a bit lazy.“

“For basic chicken tenders and fries it was delicious. Light attendance day so easy to find a wheelchair-accessible table, but most seating at the eating areas is benches. If unable to find an open accessible table, there are two seating spots with a lower counter at the new bar on the south side of this restaurant that are likely open. Wish the table area had better shade. None of the wheelchair spots were completely shaded.

“It's a karaoke bar, with a lovely Dj,but a very small dance floor. It took a couple of minutes before we could get our drink order through. There were just 2 bartenders, and they were quite busy. We requested food but was told it wasn't available. It could have been the timing, or they were just short of staff I really can't tell. My friends and I had a good time. It was a good vibe. But if we want to go dancing, we will be going somewhere else.“

“my husband and I first went here on a date night. we absolutely loved the atmosphere. we have returned twice since then, the last time we brought 3 friends with us and they loved it too. my favorite meal is the Baja fish tacos. I'm diabetic and these were a decent option for me. it's so fresh and light, plus the corn salsa on the side is amazing!! it's definitely a favorite date night dinner place.“

“We visited here on a Saturday and we had great service. I highly recommend the Pub Burger. We also were here a year ago, and I had the London Bridge fish sandwich, which was also perfect. My wife tried the KI salad. It was really heavy on the onion, which is odd for a salad with cheese crumbles, pecans, and cranberries. Also, the dressing was too sweet and they put too much on. Imagine the sweet onion sauce from Subway. It was an odd combination. Also, the only other downside was that tutor tots were the only side choice unless you wanted to pay an uncharged. Overall, the food is great, and I can't wait to try other menu options.“
