“I cannot recommend Porchlight enough! I have become a frequent flyer— no seriously— twice a dad visits. I love the convenience of their online ordering in the morning and their great cafe space for lunch. There is no wrong answer when it comes to their variety of flavors for your lattes. Truly a skillfully crafted coffee menu along with flavor-packed food options. My absolute favorite menu item is their harvest Cobb salad. I CAN’T GET ENOUGH! Dried cranberries, grilled chicken, feta (I think), walnuts, topped with the to-die-for maple vinaigrette on a bed of lettuce. Seriously, there is NO reason NOT to go to Porchlight. Cheers!”

It was our first experience at The Blue Door, and now we can’t wait to go back for their amazing brunch menu! I am gluten free and dairy free and they were very accommodating and gave me great suggestions. We had a wonderful experience.”

“Y'know, the older I get,the more of a pizza snob I'm becoming. A really good sausage pizza was becoming ridiculously hard to find. Until.today. I can remember my older bro and his wife ordering from Regina's when I was a kid 50 years ago. There's a reason they're a legend. This pizza was outstanding. Wonderful, soft crust, great amount of sauce and sausage that was cooked to perfection. Jojos had a peculiar smoke taste, like baked potatoes cooked over a campfire. Fantastic food. I often grab breakfast after the gym and interact with Collin (I hope that’s his name)He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He’s kind and funny and the perfect person to greet you at 7am! Don’t get me wrong, everyone is great but Collin really takes the pancake😂👌🏿! Try the bird and Belgian dipped in Nashville hot sauce with maple bourbon butter and come back and thank me later!”

“I will be honest, I haven’t eaten there yet but just had the greatest experience that restored my faith in humanity just a little bit. I was in the Akron area for training with TNVC and I assume my iPad was stolen. Today it pinged at someone’s house and then it pinged in the parking lot of the Basement a few hours after I locked it and left a message for the would be thief. I called and spoke with Stephanie, and after explaining what had happened she was king enough to walk to the parking lot while I pinged it. The thief had dumped my iPad in the dumpster, thankfully not too deep. I just wanted to say that Stephanie was amazing for being such a good person and helping someone with no expectation of receiving anything in return. Next time my family and I are in the Akron/waterloo area I will make sure I patronize The Basement if only to help repay a bit of the kindness shown! This is how a neighborhood restaurant does it!”

“My girlfriend took me here for my 60th birthday.Everything was impeccable except when the waitress brought this little dish of vanilla ice cream and wished me happy birthday.I believe for a place of this caliber they should offer you something from the dessert menu for your special occasion.”

“We love Alexandris in Wadsworth and have been going here for many years. The food and service have always been exceptional. Today we had lunch and added on their Chicken Dumpling soup. I want to tell you that it was the best I have ever had. So much so that we took home a half gallon and had it for dinner as well.”

“I came for early dinner and missed the Saturday night rush. The atmosphere was nice with decor and soft music. There was a full bar separate from the dining room and more than one dining room. They had a nice offering of wine on the menu. I started with a salad with house dressing. Fresh shredded cheese topped it off. It was good. There was also a basket of Italian bread that comes fresh every morning from local Massoli bakery. It was really good. I ordered the ravioli combo which is house made every morning. The combo had 9 large ravioli, 3 meat, 3 spinach and 3 cheese. They were very good. I got a side of house made hot Italian sausage with marinara. I really liked it. I finished with a house made cannoli which was excellent. Service was great and I enjoyed the meal. They have many house made items on the menu so I would like to come back and try some more. I read that the lasagna is popular and they have daily specials. I highly recommend.”
