“I ordered the Harvest Grain Bowl which contained quinoa, butternut squash, roasted portabellos, pickled beets, pepitas and a tahini dressing. It was so yummy! Lots of different textures and flavors. Also ordered a weird seasonal drink that was actually really good: root beer, espresso, vanilla and oat milk (iced). I love to come to Luna with vegans and non vegans. There are always satisfying options for both. And even vegan pastry items! On the day I visited there were vegan brownies, vegan chocolate cherry brownies, and vegan cowboy cookies.“

“My daughter and I went into Crumbl this week and we were so excited to try a new flavor this week! I had the confetti cake cookie and it was a confetti in my mouth of flavors! It was amazing. My daughter grabbed the strawberry cheesecake cake and it looked amazing she took two bites and said it was too sweet for her...insert sad face. Overall it was a good visit outside of the young people that work in the evenings, they never speak when you come in and you have to get their attention for them to help you on top of they act like it's a hassle to help or work at work...the irony in that is insane. Luckily they have multiple locations so we will visit another one in the future.“

The only qualm I had was how the manager or owner responded to my mum requesting more milk in her cappuccino, as if we don’t have any knowledge in coffee. The foam was not foamy or thick with a ton of bubbles inside the foam. As if they didn’t tap it before pouring it in. He explained the drink to her and had a perplexed judgment look on his face. I almost wanted to intervene and ask if he wanted to try the drink himself. I don’t have an issue with people informing us how the drink is supposed to be made, but the assumption that the customer is not informed rather than, “hey maybe the barista had a faulty drink this one time” or adjusting to my mum’s preference, came off strange. The coffee was bitter, which is why she asked for more milk. I wish they had been kinder in responding to an older foreign lady or ask what was wrong while explaining their reasonings“

“The cinnamon raisin loaf I've been dreaming about my entire life. Fresh baked, it's beyond comprehension. The French loaf is equally delicious. A culinary treasure in our backyard.“

They messed up our cake order with 3 different mistakes. then when I called I heard one of the people on the phone in the background talking badly about me. wildly unprofessional! saying i left with the cake so its not their problem.(my husband picked it up and when he brought it home I realized all the mistakes made) so I called immediately like 10 mins later and the baker left for the day so we had to just have a cake that was incorrect. Tues I spoke to the baker who made the cake and explained to her the mistakes that were made. she just kept trying to shift blame onto me. saying oh well you left with the cake so its not our problem once you leave with it. I expressed my husband picked it up cause I was getting ready for the party and as soon as he opened it I saw immediately it was wrong and called you within minutes. didnt matter she wasnt willing to help us out. no discount. no refund, no nothing. she kept blaming her mistakes on the photo I sent her being "too old to see" but the mistakes had nothing to do with the picture. it was a HER mistake not a picture mistake. 1: there was to be no writing on the cake because we have a topper. and they wrote on the cake. 2.I asked them to write a message on the cake board instead. which they didnt. 3. I asked for light pale pink flowers and they were bright fuschia pink. but somehow those mistakes are because of an "old photo?" ok. **eye roll** she took zero ownership and gave no help toward finding a fair way to make the customer happy. I do not recommend this place. they are rude, don't follow instructions, overpriced, poor customer service, and take zero responsibility for their actions. absolutely blown away being treated this way by a buisness. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. below is will post photos of the cake and the notes stating what I wanted and didnt get.“

“Heard about this place from a coworker. Not easy to find - the owner runs her business out of her house. Asian bakeries/patisseries are hard to come by in the Cleveland area so naturally I was excited to try and was not disappointed. Ordered a box of pastries as well as their green tea roll cake. Croissants are the best I’ve had in Cleveland. So many flaky layers, perfect texture, just the right amount of sweetness. Green tea roll cake was also phenomenal. Had bits of red bean and the cream was light and airy. The cake itself was soft and moist. Will be coming back. Highly recommend“

I have had their raspberry, apple and nut filled cookies... Buttery, fresh and mouth watering gooood! I have also tried their cream and custard filled paczki's, yummy! Mom enjoyed the lemon filled paczki and was impressed w/ the real lemon taste. She also tried the raspberry filled and was not disappointed. Finally, for Easter, they had paint your own cookies for $8.99. You had a choice of either an egg or bunny. I admit that I went overboard and bought A Lot of them for gifts. The reaction was so worth it! What has surprised me the most is you are still reading this and not driving there now!“

He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me.
