You can taste the difference in every bite -- from the perfect dough crust to the rich, flavorful sauce and the freshest toppings I've ever had. They clearly use only the best ingredients, and it shows. What really sets them apart is the passion of the staff. You can tell they truly love what they do -- every interaction feels warm, genuine, and full of pride for their craft. They even gave the children a behind-the-scenes tour, which was such a fun and unique experience! The children loved being able to make their own pizza. Learning about their sourcing made me appreciate their pizza even more. This isn't just a meal -- it's an experience. If you love pizza, you need to come here. I'm already planning my next visit!“

“We love Russo’s, we have young kids and the owners and family who work there are so great with them. There isn’t service or pizza like this anywhere. All the pizzas are shrinking, Russos is not. We love them 💞“

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

“I ordered the Gluten Free Old World Pep-Sausage pizza. I don’t say this lightly - Master Pizza makes the best gluten free crust! They import the flour from Italy and you can taste the quality in every bite. We order a gluten free pizza about once a month. If you have gluten sensitivities, I recommend giving their GF pizza a try. Because of the nature of working in a shared kitchen with traditional flour, there is always a risk of cross contamination, but my wife with celiac never has any issues. The GF Manhattan is also a favorite in our household. Thanks Master Pizza for another great pie!“

“A most excellent casual, yet fine dining experience at Sara's Place in quiet and secluded Gates Mills. My wife and I had a much needed date night and we're very pleased with our visit. We sat in the upper lounge & bar area which is moody and atmospheric. The food was also amazing. I highly recommend the regular menu Pork Chop item - get the BBQ sauce on the side as the chop itself it phenomenal without it and I went back and forth using the sauce or not. Highly recommend for a casual night out 👌“

“My husband and I love the food there better than the one in Hiram. BUT we tried calling for over 45 minutes today just to get a busy signal. So he went there and placed the order even though we live in Mantua. Here they had taken the phone off the hook because they said they were busy. 🙄 needless to say he was not happy and two other customers came in who had the same problem and said that’s not the way you do business.!“

A little bit noisy where we were first seated but the server recognized that and asked if we wanted to move to a quieter section. We moved and it was much better. “I was visiting Ohio on a church convocation. I was told they was the best so I went. From first entrance felt very much welcome. The owener made spaghetti for me with no hesitation just like I like it witch was off his menu. He didn't have to do that, and might I say it was delicious. I got a small but it was definitely enough for 2 people. On our last night Sunday my dad and l went it wanting to try the pizza and wings. We found that they closed at 8 we
got there around 8:20. But the owner again did his big one. He told the staff to turn the ovens back on and made our order for us. The pizza and wings was a 10/10 for sure. I pray all blessing and love to this establishment cause they went above and beyond twice for my family and I this week. You guys rock“

Yesterday after a long day at Halloween events for our kids and sitting in the McDonald’s line for 20+ minutes before pulling away we decided to just grab some dinner as a family which the food as always was wonderful. From the second we stepped in the staff was amazingly accommodating. Offering coloring books for our kids, cute ghost stickers and free pumpkins in the pumpkin patch after our meal. “Decided to try it after seeing reviews about their gluten free pizzas and how good they were. I will say that I am glad I did!! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“
