One in particular named Lindzie S. stands out among them. She always greets me with a smile when she sees my family and I, and takes care to make sure our order, and every other person I've seen her interact with, is made right! “I took my husband for the first time in his life this week. We spent around 60 dollars total for the two of us and our 3 year old

(2 fried mushrooms, 2 sweet potato fried, 2 cheese burgers, and a galley boy along with a large mocha shake, a large chocolate shake and a small banana)

The wait did take a while to the point our son started getting very impatient and crying but everything came hot which is more then I can say for many places even after a wait

The sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious especially with the marshmallow dip I really hope they bring them back next year

The cheese burgers were absolutely delicious and accurate to what we had ordered when it came to customization

My son absolutely adored his banana shake finishing and asking for more

The mocha wasn't what I was expecting I was expecting it to be more like coffee though it was still good

The chocolate shake was amazing well blended and extra chocolatly

“I used to frequent the locations up north. The food here is just as good.

An bigger advantage for me was the drive thru. I use a walker these days, the drive thru was really convenient. Their containers are microwave safe.

Clevelanders it's worth the drive. My taste buds happy with my 3 way with hot sauce.“

“We just live down the street and have been going here for years. Had a bad experiance with over cooked burgers earlier in the summer and quit going. Today we decided to give it another try and we are glad we did. Our burgers were cooked to perfection and huge, very juicy and tasty. The value is the best I've seen anywhere we've been lately. Nice gesture UNTIL I heard how I would assume the owner(Randy) of that DQ was speaking to a 7yr old. Was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the age of the child in the manor he handled a situation. The young child's parents and grandparents were near and readily available in any way if needed. Disappointed to see this behavior from a business (a grown adult) that I would hope had good intentions. 🤷‍♀️“

“We have been going here for years even before the new owners. The last four times we were there I always ask for the gravy HOT, since almost every place sends it out just warm. If you microwave after it's on the biscuits it ruins the biscuits. anyway I was about ready to quit going there, and my wife suggested we try one more time. Peyton served us and I relayed my message to her. She personally made sure the cook got the message, and it came out Hot as well as my wife's omelet which she orders with half cheese which rarely happens. I always suspected the cook wasn't getting the message from the other server. Hats off to Peyton for saving a long time customer. Thank you“

The atmosphere is happy and fun when ordering, love the free salted peanuts while waiting, the service is amazing because you are never pushed to order quickly, the order taker take their time to make sure that they get everything you want on your order, WOW, what a concept. Your meal comes out fresh hot, and to your specifications, with Five Guys wonderful flavor, MMM yes. I truly enjoyed my experience at Five Guys and can't wait to return, very soon.“

“This Arby's location is pretty good most of the time. They do miss something in my online order from time to time, and I have to go in. But, they are always polite and quick to get what I am missing. Inside is usually clean ans I often see an employee wiping tables or sweeping the floor.“

“It was a pretty good Arby's. Stopped in after hitting up Menards. The service was a little slow at first, but it was near lunch time rush and I'm sure they're hurting with staffing just like every other fast food joint. The service was friendly though and polite. Once we did get to order, the food came out pretty quickly. Everything came out as ordered and was good. Definitely use the app to save them $$$.

Parking: There was plenty of parking available when we went. If even there wasn't, there's multiple lots within decent walking distance. It's angled parking though, which I hate, but understand it's what they like to use to save space.“

“I can't say anything about atmosphere because it is super cold and I was at the drive thru. The girl at the window was nice and the service was quick and accurate. I've had a few mistakes with this Rally's but it was a different crew. Food was hot and freshly made and that means a lot after just getting off work.“

“I had to be up very very late at night and I hadn't eaten. There's a Taco Bell in literally in my backyard, on Graham road, but I've had bad experiences there so I went to the Kent location by the airport which was several miles away. The person I dealt with at the window and for the order was Zachary. What a nice young man. I was working really late in the 3:00 a.m. hour. He is just the nicest and sweetest person. This is what customer service is all about. Nobody knows what people are going through and he's just such a nice person and did such a great job on my order. I can't say enough about it. This young man needs a raise and a promotion. They actually care. Whenever I want Taco Bell this is the location I'm going to be going to from now on because it's better than all the rest of them and I've been to many. “It’s refreshing to see a fast food restaurant actually give you food when there is a special like a two for seven for instance. I got two regular roast beef sandwiches and they actually added in more mozzarella sticks all for $11 not bad I appreciate when people go out of their way to make a sandwich right instead of how everybody is cutting corners and you get small portions, but have to pay a bunch of money, thanks again Arby’s for making my sandwiches with some meat on them and the extra mozzarella sticks

“The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed.
They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure.
I felt bad.
But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches.
The manager should give those guys a raise!!

“This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“
