One in particular named Lindzie S. stands out among them. She always greets me with a smile when she sees my family and I, and takes care to make sure our order, and every other person I've seen her interact with, is made right! “Why does anyone think this is good chicken? I got it last week for the first time and was not impressed. It was greasy had almost no flavor and their dipping sauce is disgusting. If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. Also if the chicken "fingers" were any smaller they should be called nuggets.“

“Dq was at a local school handing out free ice cream sandwiches to the community at basketball game. Nice gesture UNTIL I heard how I would assume the owner(Randy) of that DQ was speaking to a 7yr old. Was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the age of the child in the manor he handled a situation. The young child's parents and grandparents were near and readily available in any way if needed. Disappointed to see this behavior from a business (a grown adult) that I would hope had good intentions. 🤷‍♀️“

“We just live down the street and have been going here for years. Had a bad experiance with over cooked burgers earlier in the summer and quit going. Today we decided to give it another try and we are glad we did. Our burgers were cooked to perfection and huge, very juicy and tasty. The value is the best I've seen anywhere we've been lately. Definately will be back soon. The young man who waited on us was super also, very polite and fast!“

“We have been going here for years even before the new owners. The last four times we were there I always ask for the gravy HOT, since almost every place sends it out just warm. If you microwave after it's on the biscuits it ruins the biscuits. anyway I was about ready to quit going there, and my wife suggested we try one more time. Peyton served us and I relayed my message to her. She personally made sure the cook got the message, and it came out Hot as well as my wife's omelet which she orders with half cheese which rarely happens. I always suspected the cook wasn't getting the message from the other server. Hats off to Peyton for saving a long time customer. Thank you“

The atmosphere is happy and fun when ordering, love the free salted peanuts while waiting, the service is amazing because you are never pushed to order quickly, the order taker take their time to make sure that they get everything you want on your order, WOW, what a concept. Your meal comes out fresh hot, and to your specifications, with Five Guys wonderful flavor, MMM yes. I truly enjoyed my experience at Five Guys and can't wait to return, very soon.“

I like it's arrangement better than the one in Stow.
My husband had a Spinach Salad, with a Chicken breast added.
I had a Southwest Salad.
The tortilla chips were markedly rancid; you could smell and taste it.
When I told the waitstaff, she said she would tell the manager.
Good customer service would have been for the manager to have come to our table to speak with us; and for there to have been an adjustment on the bill.
That didn't happen.“

“I can't say anything about atmosphere because it is super cold and I was at the drive thru. The girl at the window was nice and the service was quick and accurate. I've had a few mistakes with this Rally's but it was a different crew. Food was hot and freshly made and that means a lot after just getting off work.“

“The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed.
They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure.
I felt bad.
But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches.
The manager should give those guys a raise!!

They never give sauces, we've never successfully got sauces even when asked, and this store loves seeing how much of your order can fit in one bag even if it smashes everything and leads to the bottom breaking out. Very annoying but still the freshest, friendliest mcdonalds in the area.“

DoorDash messed up and put my order half way thru (meaning they charged me but never assigned a driver to my order) so Noah took it upon himself to Get in his personal car and drive my order to me!!!! “It was a pretty good Arby's. Stopped in after hitting up Menards. The service was a little slow at first, but it was near lunch time rush and I'm sure they're hurting with staffing just like every other fast food joint. The service was friendly though and polite. Once we did get to order, the food came out pretty quickly. Everything came out as ordered and was good. Definitely use the app to save them $$$.

Parking: There was plenty of parking available when we went. If even there wasn't, there's multiple lots within decent walking distance. It's angled parking though, which I hate, but understand it's what they like to use to save space.“

“It’s refreshing to see a fast food restaurant actually give you food when there is a special like a two for seven for instance. I got two regular roast beef sandwiches and they actually added in more mozzarella sticks all for $11 not bad I appreciate when people go out of their way to make a sandwich right instead of how everybody is cutting corners and you get small portions, but have to pay a bunch of money, thanks again Arby’s for making my sandwiches with some meat on them and the extra mozzarella sticks

“I had to be up very very late at night and I hadn't eaten. There's a Taco Bell in literally in my backyard, on Graham road, but I've had bad experiences there so I went to the Kent location by the airport which was several miles away. The person I dealt with at the window and for the order was Zachary. What a nice young man. I was working really late in the 3:00 a.m. hour. He is just the nicest and sweetest person. This is what customer service is all about. Nobody knows what people are going through and he's just such a nice person and did such a great job on my order. I can't say enough about it. This young man needs a raise and a promotion. They actually care. Whenever I want Taco Bell this is the location I'm going to be going to from now on because it's better than all the rest of them and I've been to many. “I came in last week and had just gotten a new card. It wasn't completely activated and I didn't know it. Plus it was pouring outside. So I'm standing there soaked and my card won't work. This young girl named Ariel who worked there wouldn't let me leave until she paid for my food. Now I can tell you there's not many people anywhere anymore that would do that for a stranger. “I have a toddler and she loves the play place. She has autism and she loves the tunnels that they have a smaller area for little babies and then a slide and some tunnels to climb and stuff for the little bit bigger kids. But she says McDonald's all week long and she's pretty much non-verbal but she knows McDonald's. It's not for the food. It's for the play place but I appreciate them that you can just get a soda and let your kid play and they don't give you a hard time. So kudos to management“
