“This is a really great place! My food is always made quickly and accurately, and the employees are not only courteous, but frequently go the extra mile! One in particular named Lindzie S. stands out among them. She always greets me with a smile when she sees my family and I, and takes care to make sure our order, and every other person I've seen her interact with, is made right! She makes us feel welcomed and appreciated! I highly recommend it here!“

“We are from out of state visiting kids/grandkids. Stopped in for lunch and were getting out of the car to go inside, when one of the staff came out and explained that it was a full car service place. He gave us a couple of menus and explained that we just turn on our lights when we were ready to order. Food came out quick and they hung the tray on the window like I remember as a kid.
We ordered the Galley burger, a cheeseburger, fries, a root beer shake and a strawberry banana shake.
Loved the food. Everything was delicious. The manager came out to thank us for giving great compliments to our server. Will definitely go be the next time we fly out here.“

“I am from Louisiana and came up to help my company. Staying at the home2 Hilton right next door. I visited them and have to say, there are nothing but smiles from the staff. A very pleasent atmosphere and the service is amazing. I was speaking with a nice gentleman as I was sitting at the counter. I ordered what he was having. In a couple sentences, the food was in front of me. It was excellent and the price was very fair. I would highly suggest if you are near there and hungry, stop in. I promise you will not be disappointed. 5 stars for sure.“

“Why does anyone think this is good chicken? I got it last week for the first time and was not impressed. It was greasy had almost no flavor and their dipping sauce is disgusting. If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. Also if the chicken "fingers" were any smaller they should be called nuggets.“

“The food here is always solid and the servers are a lot cuter than days of past. Go to the north hill location and ask for Brooke n I bet she won’t let ya down! Even after the onion rings were slightly overcooked on the last visit, she replaced them with absolutely no question in an instant and though it took a while to get the replacement order, it gave me a chance to enjoy a meal while talking to her a bit longer. She was very sweet and I have been back a couple times since!“

“Great food in overwhelmingly large portions for a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Their large gyro is genuinely big enough for two meals. Service is fast and respectful, very good about asking you how you want things done or what toppings you want. “Dq was at a local school handing out free ice cream sandwiches to the community at basketball game. Nice gesture UNTIL I heard how I would assume the owner(Randy) of that DQ was speaking to a 7yr old. Was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the age of the child in the manor he handled a situation. The young child's parents and grandparents were near and readily available in any way if needed. Disappointed to see this behavior from a business (a grown adult) that I would hope had good intentions. 🤷‍♀️“

“We just live down the street and have been going here for years. Had a bad experiance with over cooked burgers earlier in the summer and quit going. Today we decided to give it another try and we are glad we did. Our burgers were cooked to perfection and huge, very juicy and tasty. The value is the best I've seen anywhere we've been lately. Definately will be back soon. The young man who waited on us was super also, very polite and fast!“

The atmosphere is happy and fun when ordering, love the free salted peanuts while waiting, the service is amazing because you are never pushed to order quickly, the order taker take their time to make sure that they get everything you want on your order, WOW, what a concept. I like it's arrangement better than the one in Stow.
My husband had a Spinach Salad, with a Chicken breast added.
I had a Southwest Salad.
The tortilla chips were markedly rancid; you could smell and taste it.
When I told the waitstaff, she said she would tell the manager.
Good customer service would have been for the manager to have come to our table to speak with us; and for there to have been an adjustment on the bill.
That didn't happen.“

“The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed.
They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure.
I felt bad.
But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches.
The manager should give those guys a raise!!

DoorDash messed up and put my order half way thru (meaning they charged me but never assigned a driver to my order) so Noah took it upon himself to Get in his personal car and drive my order to me!!!! “It was a pretty good Arby's. Stopped in after hitting up Menards. The service was a little slow at first, but it was near lunch time rush and I'm sure they're hurting with staffing just like every other fast food joint. The service was friendly though and polite. Once we did get to order, the food came out pretty quickly. Everything came out as ordered and was good. Definitely use the app to save them $$$.

Parking: There was plenty of parking available when we went. If even there wasn't, there's multiple lots within decent walking distance. It's angled parking though, which I hate, but understand it's what they like to use to save space.“

“It’s refreshing to see a fast food restaurant actually give you food when there is a special like a two for seven for instance. I got two regular roast beef sandwiches and they actually added in more mozzarella sticks all for $11 not bad I appreciate when people go out of their way to make a sandwich right instead of how everybody is cutting corners and you get small portions, but have to pay a bunch of money, thanks again Arby’s for making my sandwiches with some meat on them and the extra mozzarella sticks

Parking: They have a decent size parking lot no complaints“

“We ate inside. I haven't seen a pizza hut with a salad bar and a buffet since I was a kid. Too bad we couldn't eat from it. We watched them throw away pans of food. We could have ordered from the buffet/salad bar but they shut that portion down at 7pm and we got there at 6:55pm. Why waste food when you could have sold it to us? We ordered pizza and wings. Everyone enjoyed the pizza and wings. We had fun.“

“I came in last week and had just gotten a new card. It wasn't completely activated and I didn't know it. Plus it was pouring outside. So I'm standing there soaked and my card won't work. This young girl named Ariel who worked there wouldn't let me leave until she paid for my food. Now I can tell you there's not many people anywhere anymore that would do that for a stranger. “I had to be up very very late at night and I hadn't eaten. There's a Taco Bell in literally in my backyard, on Graham road, but I've had bad experiences there so I went to the Kent location by the airport which was several miles away. The person I dealt with at the window and for the order was Zachary. What a nice young man. I was working really late in the 3:00 a.m. hour. He is just the nicest and sweetest person. This is what customer service is all about. Nobody knows what people are going through and he's just such a nice person and did such a great job on my order. I can't say enough about it. This young man needs a raise and a promotion. They actually care. Whenever I want Taco Bell this is the location I'm going to be going to from now on because it's better than all the rest of them and I've been to many.
