“I stopped in at this location yesterday afternoon. I ordered a club sub and it was very delicious! I’m writing this review to just say that their staff were EXCELLENT! They were all very friendly and engaging, you could tell that even though they had to go to work, they were determined to have a great day and be upbeat. They were striking up conversations with their guests and almost every one of them said bye to me as I was leaving. I hope you look back on your time sheets from Friday December 12, 2025 at 2PM and give everyone that was staffed something generous for Christmas on their paychecks!“

“The staff at this location are the BEST!! Work up the street so we do lunch here often, I live in Kettering area around 3 other Subways but I come to Miamisburg store because I know customer service and food will be great!! Keep it up, ladies!!“

“My fiancé and I went on Saturday night and IT WAS AMAZING! I’ve never been to this restaurant before and I will be coming back! The food was fresh and delicious! The staff was super friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean as well, we loved the paintings on the walls and the atmosphere was awesome!“

“I was at your Germamtown Pike location at 5:30.this evening 11/11/25. The two young employees were absolutely fabulous. They greeted me with tremendous respect and kindness. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of these two serving me. I appreciate how they carried themselves.“

“This is absolutely one of the coolest restaurants in the area. Every time I go there I am highly pleased. They keep their very high standard service and the topmost level of food they provide. You will be always satisfied with this place. Warmly recommended.“
“I went there yesterday at 5:32 pm! I was blown away at how carefully and precisely these two young men were making the sandwiches. We live in a society where a lot of things are rushed, but I really appreciated their service.I ordered a veggie wrap with tuna, and it was great . I engaged in conversation with one of the young man about his plans for the future.“

“My mom and I went here a few days ago and I came back today, and both experiences were A+
Lily was there bow times we came in and she remembered my name the second time.
The rest of the staff were completely different from both experiences, but both outcomes were top-tier.
It seems like a well-oiled machine, and every bite was just as good as the first.
Honestly, really impressed with the consistency of the quality and the top tier service provided by these workers.
I love that whenever you order a small fry you get a giant mountain of fries.
I will be a regular at this specific location meow.“

“Originally went to the Subway in Englewood, but was immediately uncomfortable and felt unwelcome by one of the girls working d/t her rolling her eyes and having an attitude when I walked in for a sub- so I left and came here instead. I had a WAY better experience with the nice young lady working at Hoke Rd location last night & I was sure to let her know she was doing a great job and that I appreciated her kindness and friendly customer service . I literally NEVER leave reviews , but this struck me for some reason tonight. It just reminds me that I want to show more appreciation / recognition to the workers with positive and friendly attitudes to thank them and let them know they are doing a good job.“

“Courtney & Shawnda do a GREAT job and have terrific customer service skills (and make the best cookies-but get there right after opening for soft, warm ones!)! ?
Parking: Part of a strip mall with medical & dental offices next door, so be prepared.
Wheelchair accessibility: Possible difficulty getting-have seen one customer do it w/o hassle. Easy to rearrange chairs once inside.“
