“Been going there for years usually have good chicken and sides dishes normally don't have a problem but the last few times I was there the staff obviously doesn't know the difference between white meat chicken and dark meat chicken I've had to go back a few times to get my order right. But they did make it right eventually lol.“
“If you are missing the way White House barberton chicken used to be then you need to try this White House Green location! I had heard of this location but never tried it. It was like stepping back in time to when barberton chicken earned its place on the map! The same thick breaded, crunchy, juicy and flavorful chicken from back then is actually what this green location is all about. I didn't want to leave a review the first time that I tried it because I wanted to see if it would be consistent. I ordered on a different day and time and it was still as unbelievably good as it was the first time. They are extremely friendly. They actually listen and get your order right! I am very particular about how I wanted things cooked and packaged. Both times they were spot on. My only dislike was the coleslaw. It is lacking sweetness and is mostly vinegar tasting. Hopefully they will work on that. The hot sauce was not soupy it had a good thick consistency. Give this location a try. You won't regret it!“
“As a transportation worker I'm on the road all day and I've seen great restrooms and absolutely disgusting restrooms. I've never once visited this Massillon location and found the restroom anything but spic and spam. If the bathroom is kept this clean it makes me feel that they must also keep a clean kitchen area!“
“My only problem is people learning to park I got into it with some lady in parking lot today because she was parked in two spots when we were waiting on our food , she was trying to start stuff with the girl in drive thru also . “wowza holy Kacowza, So one brisk winter evening the snow melted and I stumbled upon this beauty of a locale. From my experience all I can say is it wowed my kachow now yow. “I am happier with KFC than most fast food restaurants. They offer bone in chicken (which "grown ups" still like, unlike all these chicken places that only serve kid's finger food). And they have had their 8 PC bone in chicken only for $10, which is a good deal for multiple months now. Now they have 8 spicy wings for $4.99, which is an awesome deal in today's climate. My problem, shown in the picture, is when I ordered a regular price side. I ordered 24 wings for $14.97 (once again great deal). Then decided to order an individual fry for $3.19.. Saving so much on the wings I figured no problem paying this price. Then I received the amount below. Maybe 20 cents worth of fries. Now that we're trying to pay "all" workers a living wage, this is unacceptable. The employee that filled this order really thought this was a proper portion for the money? Sorry, now that you are paid big boy wages this should not be the case. It might seem I am overreacting but this is not an isolated incident at fast food restaurants. It just disappointed me since I have a favorable opinion of KFC. So, manager at this KFC (who won't see this anyway), try to instill some sense of pride in your workers that they are doing the best that they can and try to give value when you can to your loyal customers. This might sound laughable today but I say it in all seriousness. Still giving it 4 stars for order readiness, taste of food, and great deal on wings.“
