Other locations near me have been terrible, so it’s nice to have a consistently good location to go to (especially since I get Subway a lot😅). They are always friendly and attentive. “I don't get Penn Station like I used to. Older and can't handle the calories as often as I'd like. But when I want a Reuben, I go straight to Forest Park Penn Station. Haven't been disappointed yet. I get extra meat, extra cheese on the multigrain roll. Scrumptious! That multigrain roll is what you need. I usually pick up at the window. I have eaten inside. The place is clean and the people were friendly and professional. And the bathroom was clean! Service at the window was just as inside. I don't have a complaint about the price cause everything everywhere is high. My only complaint is why have restaurants stopped cutting sandwiches? If you're driving or just not going home, you have to hold the whole thing to take a bite. Please cut the sandwiches/hoagies.👍🏾“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

Your establishment was the first Jersey Mike's I had ever eaten, and the ONLY Jersey Mike's I have had in Cincinnati. This is where my love for Jersey Mike's food was born.
