“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “I’ve been coming here for a few years for breakfast and lunch. They provide the true American diner experience. Staff is very friendly and attentive, even when usually very busy for lunch service. Very menu option I’ve tried has been great. The country fried steak is delicious and a fan favorite with our group. Their knockout burger is phenomenal as well. You can taste the quality of the meat and ingredients they use. Do yourself a favor (and a laugh) and tip the kitchen! Keep up the great work.“

“this columbus-based chain has a lot to offer in terms of flavor and vegan options. despite being a build-your-bowl concept, it still feels high-end. everything from dressing salad to baking pita in a stone oven is done in front of you. the menu is clearly labeled, and staff are happy to inform you if something contains dairy. my go-to is a salad bowl with falafel, hummus, dressed cucumbers, red cabbage, beets, marinated eggplant, cauliflower topped with zhug, and of course, a side of freshly baked pita :) other options include vegan tahini chocolate chip cookies and french fries with a wide array of drinks. “I ♥️ their oatmilk lattes. Usually get their Girl Scout cookie inspired drinks but today got a Carmel one instead and it was delicious. Their pop tarts are delightful too!! Hubby really enjoyed brown sugar. Staff is always super friendly and everything is quick and efficient for busy work schedule! Love this place.“

The food was seriously delicious and we were glad we tried the pretzels and vegan cheese app out. “My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. “I was not pleased with my acai bowl as it was missing ingredients. I returned with the bowl in hand and was instantly asked if there was an issue as soon as I walked in. The young man behind the counter instantly agreed to remake my bowl. You can't ask for better service than that. It's so refreshing when young adults have a wonderful attitude and know how to talk to customers.“

“I had the steak and eggs hash in their seasonal menu and it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. It should become part of the regular menu! The service was fast despite it being very busy and it was an overall enjoyable experience.

Edit: Their carry out is not the greatest - I have ordered twice and both times they forgot the salad. It seems they are understaffed, and even on a weekday morning, they can’t remember it.“
