“I just went here from Barberton McDonald's because they are rude and can't get orders correct, .... WHAT A RELIEF. The Norton location is 5 to 10 minutes from me, vs the one minute drive to Barberton, and I'll make the trip every time. Norton is polite, and has never messed one of our orders up!! They are never rude, and if there is a problem, they apologize and offer something else. Norton mcdonalds crew, changed my morning mood right back to the good mood I was in, prior to going to Barberton McDonald's......“

“Honestly I left a bad review due to terrible customer service at first however, they fixed the order and offered me a free dinner box the second time around. They were very apologetic and honestly think it was just a mistake. I personally like their pizza and this was the first time I had a mistake, I’m glad they fixed it so my review is good!

“Bella is freaking phenomenal. I always go kinda late when I just want to run home with food and she has helped me quite a few times get out quickly with perfect orders. She also is always smiley and happy so that always helps after my long day in customer service as well.
