You can taste the difference in every bite -- from the perfect dough crust to the rich, flavorful sauce and the freshest toppings I've ever had. They clearly use only the best ingredients, and it shows. What really sets them apart is the passion of the staff. You can tell they truly love what they do -- every interaction feels warm, genuine, and full of pride for their craft. They even gave the children a behind-the-scenes tour, which was such a fun and unique experience! The children loved being able to make their own pizza. “I online ordered a small pizza with two toppings for 7:00pm on New Year’s Eve. when i got there it wasn’t ready but that’s because they had ran out of spinach and didn’t wanna start cooking it without asking if i wanted a different topping. initially i was kinda disappointed that it wasn’t ready but the gentleman at the front counter made sure to prioritize my pizza and he also threw in another item for free.

“I ordered the Gluten Free Old World Pep-Sausage pizza. I don’t say this lightly - Master Pizza makes the best gluten free crust! They import the flour from Italy and you can taste the quality in every bite. We order a gluten free pizza about once a month. If you have gluten sensitivities, I recommend giving their GF pizza a try. Because of the nature of working in a shared kitchen with traditional flour, there is always a risk of cross contamination, but my wife with celiac never has any issues. The GF Manhattan is also a favorite in our household. Thanks Master Pizza for another great pie!“

“I just wanted to say that this is the best pizza and I only order from this location. I do have one concern on a pizza I ordered on Friday 13th around 5 PM It was a large with half cheese and half sausage and mushroom. The crust was thin the pizza was dry and the cheese was not soft. I don't know what happened but it was not good.“

“I ordered pizzas for 20 people for a gathering after Christmas and didn’t want to break the bank. I googled Papa John’s and was happy to see one had recently opened right near me in Chagrin Falls. It was a Friday night, I ordered 6-7 pizzas, and scheduled them to be done between 5:20-5:30 (with about an hour lead time). Every pizza was done perfectly and they were all absolutely delicious. I’m also grateful they have a gluten-free crust option available so my gf family members can enjoy as well.“

“The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.

The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.“
