“Stopped by for breakfast. In town on a job. I try to avoid McDonald's, but today, it called for it and the breakfast I can do. I haven't been in the app in a bit, and it changed. What also changed was how you ordered your items. No more looking up item by typing. You must select it from a list. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, and inside, they took care of me so well! Kevina, to he specific, she really made my morning. I appreciate you!! Also, the manager came up and saw me waiting and instantly made sure I was good, definitely refreshing at McDonald's.“

“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. They definitely provide top notch, customer service & are wonderful human beings at the Macedonia location. Thank you for providing such great service everyday!!“

“I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Ethan and his staff for doing such an absolutely amazing job at my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Ethan is the best! He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“So I told y'all I went to thecrispychick_cle and I ordered the Mega Meal since it was our first time there that way me and babe can eat so I get the food and we pull off and start on our way then babe look in the food and sees that there are only four tenders well in the Mega Meal is supposed to be six tenders a french fry two sauces garlic bread and a drink so I busted you turn and went back and explain to the cashier that I ordered a mega and there were only four Tenders in there well she says I'm sorry about that let me let them know and so she says okay they're going to bring you to tenders up I said okay thank you when she comes up to the window she hands me a box and says im so sorry well I opened the box and here is five more Tenders in the Box... no arguments or nothing... no let me see your receipt it was just very pleasant they made a mistake and they corrected it right off of the drib and plus the food was good even for me with no teeth the Fry's (crinkle) has season on it so I didn't need ketchup salt and pepper the chicken was nice and hot out the grease but not greasy the honey mustard sauce was like no other honey mustard sauce that I have tasted the only regret that I have with this $12 purchase is not getting the lemonade Because by the way that chicken taste I know for sure that that lemonade was good as hell but here are the pictures and I did a video but I'm going to put the video on Tik Tok with a little editing and stuff and tag them in it so if you're ever by 55th and Woodland drop by they are really good and they are #blackowned“

“I understand that each dairy Queen is a locally owned and operated franchise, but this DQ is significantly higher than others I've been to. The same meal that I buy for $14 rounded up at the stow franchise location was over $17 here. Advertised a 4pc with fries for 7.49, large drink 2.99. wanted to substitute a large cheese curd for the french fries that were included. A la carte the cheese curds are advertised is $6.99. I received zero credit for the substitution and they charged me a la carte for everything. The combo rang up as 10.99 on the receipt, the cheese curds rang up as $5.99 on the receipt, and the drink rang up as 1.09.

They don't review the order with you at the speaker or show you what anything is ringing up on a screen so there's no way to discuss it until you get to the window and get your receipt. So however they have it programmed in their system looks like they're always charging more than what they are advertising. Transparency would be nice.“

“I wanted to recommend Arby's because when I went to get a few sandwiches yesterday, I came home and my order was not correct because I had all roast beefs and not my chicken Bacon and Cheddar. I called them to let them know about the situation. They told me, I could come in when I had time because I was off to work. Today I went in to Arby's and got the correct Sandwich "Chicken Bacon and Chedder. They really went beyond my expectations because they not only gave me the Sandwich but curly fries and a drink too with no extra Charge. “I just ate here ,and its been months and food is excellent for what it is . People making reviews like its supposed to be gourmet. The price ,and the items that you do like its great . I dont recommend the shrimp of the 3 kinds of meat . The fish is excellent if you like that beer battered texture , and the fries are nice with some good malt vinegar. “I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“It is a good Arby's. Typical Arby's food, which is usually pretty good. Parking lot is a little tight, but should have room. The bathroom was clean, glad they gave paper towels, and the water out of the faucet was a good amount. I'd definitely eat here again. Staff was friendly too.

One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“

“Haven’t been here in a long time. The taste of the food has improved dramatically. The general tso was fantastic with a good flavor. The chicken fried rice was excellent but hardly any chicken in it. The Kung pao has a fantastic flavor but it is almost all just carrots. There were only three small pieces of green pepper in the whole dish, but loaded with carrots. The chicken lo mein was the only low point. Flavor was kind of bland. The other dishes all had fantastic flavors.“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

The woman working in the front part of the kitchen and also handling the register was HUSTLING, and was an absolute delight despite the rush. Pizza Hut, you better hang on to her, she was a breath of fresh air and any company would be lucky to have her in their employ. There was nothing going on in the dining room. Looks like PH might become a thing of the past pretty soon.“
