My granddaughters always ask for some donuts from “the little shop by my house”. We even got to visit the Easter bunny here this past weekend. “We stopped in to the Burning River while on vacation for the weekend. While the coffee and tea we had were amazing it was the service that really blew us away. The barista was extremely friendly, went over the menu of specialty drinks with us and even joined us for a little conversation when he had a moment. For the extremely excellent service alone I would recommend the burning river, but let’s not forget about the coffee and tea. It was amazing.“

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

“I came here with my brother for the first time today and this place is so cute and had an awesome variety of donuts! We did a 6 pack so we could try 3 each. “It’s super akward when they ask you if you want to tip-at the drive through. Tipping culture is getting quite pushy. Service is also incredibly slow, no one seems to have any sense of urgency or speed. Having said that, the food is usually decent and coffee is good.“

Tables and restaurant was very clean. Used the bathrooms and both were very clean. I especially appreciate the baby changing table being super clean! The cleanest I’ve ever used for a public bathroom. Thank you.“

“Went in today and there were two lovely ladies working the afternoon shift. Some man came in and heckled them going on about "kids these days" demeaning both employees. Both ladies were amazing in not letting this crotchety man's belittling words bother them and quickly ensured drinks were served to get him out of there.
