“We really like this place. It's our go to for a few special occasions and we were here weekly during Covid coz we wanted to support and keep it open. The Tempura ramen is ny wife's favorite and the kids love the bento boxes. Also the basic salad and miso soup are family favorites. My one strike against them is the Roast duck ramen. When I received it last visit, it was 4 pieces of duck neckbone and a couple of other random parts. I said something about it and the manager replaced the duck with a few new pieces. Those pieces came out hot and sizzling on some parts and cold as the fridge in the same piece which leads me to believe it was microwaved. Not very fresh or delicious. The rest of the food was good and the service was good as always. Just recommend to not order roast duck.“

“I ordered the medium box deal and 2 chicken teriyaki dinners, with extra chicken. I only received 2 out of three items. I have the receipt proving I paid for 3 meals and the store - Brandon wouldn’t make it right. He basically said “oh well”, he trusted his employees, I get that but they are human and make mistakes. Do better next time Brandon, do better!!“

“I had the most amazing birthday. My husband surprised me with dinner here for the first time. The lobster was huge, the Delmonico steak with truffle butter was exquisite, he tried a tomahawk steak with truffle butter and was in heaven. We shared a colossal crab appetizer, the freshest asparagus we've ever had in a restaurant, scalloped potatoes that were a cheesy delight, they keep bringing fresh bread he surprised me by asking for the cotton candy they offer for special occasions and ended with crème brûlée. Every bite was savory and surpassed our expectations. Couldn't of had a better experience and can't wait to come back when we can!“

And no, I don't always by the same thing. I dabble and try new things, but guess what? It's all good.
Easily worth your money. Its not even expensive here, so you might as well buy two of each food per visit 😋“

“Tonight was my first experience at Ginko. I have never had sushi, dessert, or service as great as I did!! The food was phenomenal. The sesame ice cream was insanely delicious. And Nick, our server took extra care of me with my gluten allergy. He checked on everything with the chef before I ordered! I Was will for sure be back and will recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE!!“

“I absolutely LOVE this place! It is hands down the best sushi I've ever had. Every roll is incredibly fresh, and made to perfection. My favorites are the Shrimp Tempura Roll and the Crunchy California Roll, they are seriously SO good! The service is just as amazing as the food. Every single person on the staff is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. You can tell they work incredibly hard, and they always make you feel like family. No matter how busy they are, they never fail to greet you with a smile and make your experience special. I go so much they remember me and always ask how I’m doing. I recommend this place to everyone because it truly deserves all the praise. If you're looking for amazing sushi and the sweetest staff, this is the place to go. I honestly can't say enough good things about it. I'll keep coming back again and again because it's simply the best. 100/10. highly recommend!“

“I absolutely love this place! It’s our go-to when we’re going to see a play. The service is always top tier which I appreciate since I am gluten free. Jasmine is outstanding! The food is always great and the atmosphere is perfect. You can sometimes see some cast members before the show too which is always really cool.“

“Celebrated my birthday here and it was wonderful food, service and very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and gave excellent service. The food was great and loved the chef's show while he cooked for us. The birthday cake was delicious too. I would definitely return again!“

“i’m here 1-2 times a week i love this place. workers are kind and the food is so delicious! i just walk I always get a big smile and they are like hi How are you and everybody waves to me i go to the table i always sit at and they bring me my water and they say “yummy v roll extra sauce” which is what i always get ( ITS SO GOOD) im like yes you already know and they usually double the portion size they give me so much more i feel guilty sometimes i cant eat it all lol. I love them sm! as for the atmosphere, it’s always very calm, which is great! I haven’t tried any of their Boba or anything. I always just stick to my usual, but I have tried A lot of their rolls and they are all very good. I definitely would always recommend the crunchy California roll or the yummy V roll. i’ve never had a problem with them or their service for them making everything I feel like compared to other hibachi restaurants. I think the food comes pretty quick. I think the prices are decent. I don’t think it’s too expensive but I definitely wouldn’t say it’s cheap if it on a tight budget. I absolutely would recommend this place“

“Chicken and shrimp were over cooked and dry. Also they charge almost 5.00 extra to use a credit card and a 18 tip is added to the end of the bill. They don't tell you so watch out you don't double tip.“
