“I ordered the medium box deal and 2 chicken teriyaki dinners, with extra chicken. I only received 2 out of three items. I have the receipt proving I paid for 3 meals and the store - Brandon wouldn’t make it right. He basically said “oh well”, he trusted his employees, I get that but they are human and make mistakes. Do better next time Brandon, do better!!“

“Im a reoccurring customer here. The couple who owns this place are the sweetest and they never get my order wrong. The sushi is fantastic and the atmosphere inside is modern japanese and very nice. I go order from here at least once a month. Never had better sushi anywhere in Ohio.“

Sushi En has quickly become my favorite place to dine downtown. So far, I’ve tried the tuna poke bowl and the bibimbap with beef in a hot stone bowl. Both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The bibimbap especially stood out—authentic in both taste and presentation, just as it’s served in Korea.
What makes the experience even better is the hospitality. Both times I visited, I was greeted and served by the owner, Grace, whose warmth and care made me feel right at home. The service is just as memorable as the food.
If you’re looking for authentic flavors, great atmosphere, and genuine hospitality, Sushi En is the spot.“

“I had the most amazing birthday. My husband surprised me with dinner here for the first time. The lobster was huge, the Delmonico steak with truffle butter was exquisite, he tried a tomahawk steak with truffle butter and was in heaven. We shared a colossal crab appetizer, the freshest asparagus we've ever had in a restaurant, scalloped potatoes that were a cheesy delight, they keep bringing fresh bread he surprised me by asking for the cotton candy they offer for special occasions and ended with crème brûlée. Every bite was savory and surpassed our expectations. Couldn't of had a better experience and can't wait to come back when we can!“

“We walked in and were instantly greeted by a friendly person who instructed us to have a seat and look over the menu and when we were ready we could come and order. We ordered two Musubi and two onigiri (tuna and crab). It was such a reasonable price for such delicious Japanese cuisine! It was the perfect lunch for our day. We will definitely be back and we will bring friends!“

“Very good for fast food Chinese. Much better than the two Asian restaurants on the other side of the food court and better than many sit down restaurants that charge much more money. I typically get the one meat two sides entree with some type of chicken (orange, General Tso, pepper, bourbon chicken are all very good). With a medium Coke it is about $9 total. Their sushi is below average. Their side dishes are good, i normally get the lo mein noodles and the veggies medley. The people who work there are extremely friendly.“

“This is my go to for Asian Cuisine. My usual order is the Hunan Chicken extra extra spicey. It is always perfectly seasoned and cooked very nicely. The wait staff, the owners, even the cooks so friendly. You know its why i will always come to Panda WOk. I have never had a bad experience in any way. Compliments all around to everyone involved. I definately recommend this for any occassion. Thanks for aways being attentive, friendly, polite and really courteous. Such a pleasant experience each and every time.“

“Went with my girlfriend for our anniversary! What an amazing experience all around! Seated at the bar right in front of Chef Jake was such a treat! He had such a calming presence while he worked magic right I front of us! Hannah took such good care of us! My girlfriend and I were blown away! I haven't even mentioned the food! The reputation as the best sushi in Cleveland is more than correct and I'd put Ginko up against the best anywhere! Thank you for a night we'll remember for a long, long time! Hope to come back soon!“

“Chicken and shrimp were over cooked and dry. Also they charge almost 5.00 extra to use a credit card and a 18 tip is added to the end of the bill. They don't tell you so watch out you don't double tip.“
