“Tonight my wife and I went on a date to The Blue Door Cafe. We made reservations for 5pm and were seated right away when we got there. We were greeted with a smile by the hostess and the owners. The waitress was kind and polite. She provided us with excellent service with a smile. I ordered the wagyu steak and my wife ordered the halibut. We got the food in a timely fashion and the presentation was immaculate. The steak was by far the best steak I’ve ever had and even the potatoes were amazing! My wife really enjoyed her meal as well. Everything was seasoned to perfection. We also got dessert and it was tasty! I was impressed by the owners and how friendly they were. One of the owners came over and asked us how our meal was and I told him it was amazing. He got a big smile and you could see the pride in his eyes. That showed me that he cares deeply for this establishment and that’s very refreshing to see. Lastly, we gave the waitress a nice tip to show our appreciation. I could tell how appreciative she was and I hope we made her night. Overall, our experience was fantastic and everything was on point!“
“We’re very kind and even talked to me after I ordered while they were making a very delicious matcha. Loved how they made it the traditional way and not with some dumb electric wisk. The entire shop felt very comforting and a very peaceful atmosphere.“

“The "Million Dollar Bacon" is only limp bacon with maple syrup poured on it. It was terrible. The egg dishes were good. The place is so loud that it's hard to hear people at your own table. At less busy times, it might be easier. Our server was wonderful.“

“I love this place so much. It’s very quirky and eclectic and the food is amazing. Highly recommend eating in or buying frozen pierogis to go. If you come to the Richfield area whether to go to the parks or to Blossom, you need to stop here for lunch or dinner. You won’t be disappointed.“

“This was our first time going and it was honestly so good! It’s super refreshing to find a restaurant that does breakfast but in a healthy way! I love that most dishes have avocado as an ingredient because of the health benefits. I personally cannot eat avocado due to an intolerance but my food was still amazing even when I took it out! I got the Eggs Benedict - BLT.. I don’t even have words to describe it. The greens were crunchy, the hollandaise sauce was citrusy, the eggs were perfectly jammy while my bread was beautifully toasted and the bacon and tomato just added to it. I got it with the side of potatoes and those were perfect. I will absolutely be coming back. Also, I’m not big on coffee at all, but their coffee is so amazing that I actually had to get a bag for home.“

You can tell it’s made with love! I had the spicy Sicilian (wow) the Tuscan chicken, pizza and gluten free egg sandwich, made up our table, with coffees, latte, teas were VERY happy and satisfied. Worth the trip. Clean restaurant, and restrooms.Dietary restrictions: So many things that are gluten free, our friend enjoyed cake and sandwich, alsode-caff. espresso“

“For those extra special breakfast meals, First Watch is a “MUST” stop. Hands down, my fav for breakfast….I had the speciality on the board & my youngest nephew Noah can never resist the pancakes, Purple Haze drink and along with their insanely delicious fried potatoes. In the middle is lemon blueberry French toast. It’s all delicious & never disappoints the palate of someone looking for flavor, quality & unique choices. We will always drive the distance to sit down to a meal at any First Watch restaurant.“

“I’m from southwestern Ohio and I like trying new coffee shops when I’m away from home. Came across nervous dog and I’m glad I did. I got an apple pie iced latte. Very good. Can taste the apple pie but it’s not too sweet and overpowering of the coffee flavor like a lot of other places do. Still has a strong coffee flavor. I enjoy it.“

“Clean, neat building and simple front face come off a but plain but the restaurant and food is anything but. Being a long local restaurant, I've driven by it all the time but rarely stopped to eat since I live a town or two over. But I've gone twice recently and both times have been such a great experience I felt I needed to share about it. The servers and staff are friendly and we even got a wonderful chat from one about her dog. It wasn't completely packed either time we went, but if it had been I think the layout was set up in a great way for coziness not crowding. For those who might want to sit alone at a counter they have a section right at the front for individual seating with a TV if you like. The atmosphere is basically old fashioned local restaurant, with a moderate (a.k.a. not 5 pages) menu of quality, well priced comfort food with daily specials for variety. It's the kind if place you go to sit and talk with the other person in your booth and catch up on life over coffee or tea and a soothing meal. It's not surrounded by TVs with a sports game or anything, but has a more calm atmosphere. And don't think for once that because this restaurant has been around a while that it's "old" because every single booth, carpet, table, light etc is in good shape and clean and I didn't see a single cobweb anywhere! One of the cleanest places we have eaten at in a long time. Food? Tastes just like my mom used to make, which is a great compliment. So far I've tried the breakfast sandwich with hash browns and the beer-cheese soup with garlic bread. Hubby had an omelet and also steak and eggs. All have been great! Can't wait to try it for dinner sometime because breakfast has been awesome. Last visit was $30 for 2 of us and that included the steak and eggs and extra sides.Kid-friendliness: Family style cozy restaurant, not a bar n grill kinda place.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, handicap spots“

“this was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back! The staff was working so hard to keep up with all of the orders and they were still as friendly as could be. My tuna wrap was great and so was my smoothie. Kudos to this excellent staff!“

“Stopped by this charming coffee shop and had a delightful sugar free vanilla latte. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was inviting. So much character and so much more than just a coffee shop. I also have celiac and was amazed by the gluten free options. I cannot wait to go back and see the wine cellar and enjoy more that this little gem has to offer.“
