“Wow! What an absolutely wonderful place to celebrate our 25th anniversary! The staff was so kind, especially Michael and Genevieve!!!!! Loved talking with both of them! The food here is incredible and very creative. Every single thing on your plate serves a purpose to the overall taste. Superb wine selection as well! We also loved its overall ambience and elegance. “Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. No matter what you decide to order I promise that you won't be disappointed. We have brought friends here who are now regular customers. Come in once and you will be back!“

“Catering for Our Film crew was Perfect after a long day on Set!! Every dish was a celebration of Italy's culinary traditions, fresh, high-quality ingredients. The classic combination of ingredients was a snapshot of what Italian cuisine is all about. The Lemon Chicken, Peppers, Meatballs, Pasta and Salad were Perfection .... the team loved everything!“

“9/24/2025: This place is a gem! The food and service was amazing! Our server Katina was very attentive and made sure everything was great throughout the night!! We also enjoyed talking with Moma and her daughter. Such an added bonus to the night to meet and hear their stories! Can't wait to go back---until then I will enjoy my left overs!!“

“Food was all perfect - love the blue cheese dressing on the romaine wedge salad and Branzino and other guests were very happy with their meals - lamb shanks, salmon, and seafood tortellini. Waitress Mandy was excellent. Really appreciated that we could reserve a table for a regular time rather than specific New Year's Eve seatings and it was no problem to be out of there before their 1 3/4 -2 hour time limit for the special night, even with dessert and apps. Multi-racial clientele and good jazz over the sound system.“

“Always love coming into choolaah for a quick dinner. They changed around their menu since I was last in, and I tried the butter chicken, which I think is a new menu item. It was delicious!! I also tried the samosas for the first time, and they were tasty. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and my food was ready very quickly.“

“I got the 1/2 pound bacon BLT and the Chicken Tenders with French toast. Lots of quality food, and fast, friendly service. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants quality at a fair price. For a small sit down/carry out restaurant, I thought the place was super clean and new looking with white quartz counters and white wall tiles. Looks very new inside.“

“A bit loud, but not beyond what you would expect for a beer hall. The food was excellent, and the variety of brews was great. Also appreciate that they have some NA options.
Seating is communal, so if you are a small group (2-4), expect to share a table with another small group.
Overall I highly recommend checking this place out.“

The food was amazing and the woman working the counter was hard working and so friendly. “Went tonight to celebrate my mother's 93rd birthday. The Manager, Waiter and lobby/reception area couldn't be nicer. The Chef brought out something special to add to our celebration. Everyone treated us Royal. Food was AMAZING! This place is Nothing but the best. We left stuffed and thrilled we made a great choice in where to celebrate. They even had a special menu made up for my mother with a happy 93rd birthday printed on it. She was thrilled. We will always remember this night.“

“Very nice place the first time I had Seafood Stoner Fries it was so delicious and hot & fresh. Next week, I had Seafood 2.0 Philly sandwich was also delicious. But today, I had Seafood Stoner again with extra lobster saying your a gourmet food place which cost me $27.00. Then as a Gourmet Chef you should NO BETTER! not to service cold and old Fries or food this is why I rated it a 1 star today very disappointed 😔😔“

“The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.
The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.“
