“Customer service and make amends when you screw up. My wife ordered chicken from this store. We received everything but the bucket of chicken. She even asked if everything was there. She made the mistake that the employees of Kentucky Fried Chicken would remember the chicken. Here's a clue, it's in your company's name. I had to call, drive over to get the chicken, and drive back. Because of all this my food was called. The so-called manager refused to replace the cold fries but was willing to give me the chicken, we ordered and paid for. 1. Replacing cold fries when you forget the main part of the order is customer service. Your manager needs customer service training. 2. Your people need to read and comprehend the order and double check that the food order is the food delivered. 3. Show you value the time, effort, and money of your customers. Act like you understand that when you screw up, you make amends. Kentucky Fried Chicken (see like I wrote, it's in the name) isn't the only fast food provider of fried chicken. Please show me you value my business.“

“Don't let the fact that this is inside of a gas station fool you. The chicken was fresh, hot and juicy. The breading was actually crunchy, and the spice level was just enough to give it a unique flavor. Not one person at my office dinner thought it was too hot.“
