“What can I say but Megan Megan Megan hands down best subway employee I've ever had the pleasure of ordering food from always a smile and a laugh from her super nice and polite why has she not gotten a raise or promotion yet I came in here for like 3 months straight for lunch and each time she has the subs ready to go super fast and done right I have a few picky eaters at home what can I say. But if you come here and she's at the counter you can be sure your foods done right made fresh and fast. So to this I say thank you Megan for everything you've done and all of my shenanigans you have had to put up with from my picky family like toasting a sub 3 x 😂“

“Had a great experience here! We went a couple weeks ago, and my husband and I split a full size sub for a casual lunch. A lot of places aren't happy when we do this, sometimes even seeing it like a burden to wrap halves in separate papers or even give us an extra fork. Here they plated the meal in two separate settings without us asking, checked on us once in a non-invasive and pleasant manner, and were just generally kind and provided good service. Happy they're our sub place in walking distance, we'll be stopping in from time to time for sure.“

“This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“

I have been going to this Subway for 3 ish years now on a regular basis… and have developed one of those small town “regular relationships” with this wonderful wonderful Subway.
The food is always FRESH
The Restaurant is always CLEAN
The bonus? The Workers are the some of the best of ANY of the local subways!!!!
In 3 years as a new customer and now as a “regular”
I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER encountered any worker with “attitude” or felt I had bad service…not once.
The crew is always willing to serve and is friendly.
This staff is the best and they always go above and beyond.
RACHEL A+++ I love her personality she makes you laugh! And you feel like you can talk to her about anything lol and she’s just there to make a sub lol.
SHELBY A++++ She actually shared her appreciation for us customers the other day like there was a couple of us… in line and she shared how much she appreciates our business and kindness

I tell you who. Someone who cares. SUBWAY in Mogadore you better take care of these crew.
This CREW is what is keeping you open…. And making it HAPPEN…….
I haven’t got to know the other crew yet. But the times I have dealt with them they have gotten an A+ in my book as well!!!!

I visit most often on Sundays
One of the regular workers I have dealt with on my normal Sunday visits is Shelby. She always has a smile on her face
(even when dealing with child like selfish customers. Let’s be honest… us consumers can be arrogant and selfish…especially if our food isn’t perfect)…. Mistakes happen…. Let it go….
Anyways that was my side rant….
But back to the review.
Shelby always has a smile on her face.
She knows and loves and appreciates her customers. And I noticed one day when I was in a short line she made each one of us feel special and welcomed and took PRIDE in each sandwich she made.
