Less successful was the ganache pecan pie, which was beautiful (as they all were) but the flavor combination of rich on rich didn't work in my personal opinion. Also really liked the lemon merigue tart. The croissants are very, very good, not absolute top tier but all the flavors are there.“

The only qualm I had was how the manager or owner responded to my mum requesting more milk in her cappuccino, as if we don’t have any knowledge in coffee. The foam was not foamy or thick with a ton of bubbles inside the foam. As if they didn’t tap it before pouring it in. He explained the drink to her and had a perplexed judgment look on his face. I almost wanted to intervene and ask if he wanted to try the drink himself. I don’t have an issue with people informing us how the drink is supposed to be made, but the assumption that the customer is not informed rather than, “hey maybe the barista had a faulty drink this one time” or adjusting to my mum’s preference, came off strange. The coffee was bitter, which is why she asked for more milk. I wish they had been kinder in responding to an older foreign lady or ask what was wrong while explaining their reasonings“

“Whiteflower Cake Shoppe made 2 incredible cakes for my twin 9-year-old girls’ birthday. It was an absolute work of art with fun Christmas details, that adds to our holiday/birthday tradition every year. It tasted heavenly soft and hits with the right amount of sweet, the perfect frosting and filling of the cake is the best.

Since my girls were born, from their baptism to communion and our yearly holiday family gatherings for my girls’ Christmas birthday, I always buy from Whites flower , because you never disappoint.

This year, was a little different for us. I had totally forgotten to pick up my girls’ birthday cake on Saturday afternoon. By the time my husband and I remembered that the cake needed to be picked up, the cake shoppe was already closed for the day and the Sunday the following day the shop was closed for business. But the owners of white flower went above and beyond to make sure my husband was able to get my girls’ birthday cake. It was such a relief that my girls were able to celebrate their party that day with a special birthday cake, which is always the highlight of the party. It’s not just you made my day, you made my 2 nine-year-old daughters incredibly happy on their birthday.

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to sincerely thank you for going above and beyond and for being a good business owner,. Your cake made our holiday/ birthday celebration special, and for that we are so grateful.“

They also carry popcorn, snacks, pasta noodles, condiments, soup mixes, cookies, candy bars & candy, chips & and the list goes on. I only purchase my bread, buns & sweets here at these amazing prices. Schewebel's is worth the stop, even if a bit out the way with grocery store prices these days check them out.“

“Absolutely beautiful and delicious cakes! Shae made a beautiful cake for my son’s first communion. She is very professional and prompt. She delivered the cake on time and made sure to give us instructions and a box to transport once the event was over. The cake was a great hit and made our special day complete. “Heard about this place from a coworker. Not easy to find - the owner runs her business out of her house. Asian bakeries/patisseries are hard to come by in the Cleveland area so naturally I was excited to try and was not disappointed. Ordered a box of pastries as well as their green tea roll cake. Croissants are the best I’ve had in Cleveland. So many flaky layers, perfect texture, just the right amount of sweetness. Green tea roll cake was also phenomenal. Had bits of red bean and the cream was light and airy. The cake itself was soft and moist. Will be coming back. Highly recommend“

“I went to Baraonas Bakery to purchase a cassata cake for my mom's bday. I loved how they have nice pastries to choose from and the cake I got was delicious. However the service was mediocre, I wasn't greeted when I came in, the staff was young but not friendly or professional. The customer service needs to greatly improve there.“

“I’m always busy, working, doing errands and i needed to find a place to eat that has a ln extensive menu. I can grab breakfast and lunch with extra to take home too! The manager and staff are friendly and very hard working. It’s centrally located and whether i’m eating in or taking out, The Cafe Honeycomb manages their business like you are their only customer, with attention to every detail. Their delicious food and great service is the reason I love to shop local!“

He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“Best to come in from Harvard Ave to 71st. Go right to Park Ave. Right to stop sign just before RR tracks. Park there and check in. You’ll need to swing wide to make the left into customers yard and hug the building. The young lady there is very helpful and will guide you in. Once in the yard the dock is easy. No overnight parking and do not show up too early for your appointment (no where to park). Fast unloading and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful“
