These ladies both went out of the way to make our families visit amazing. Patient, friendly service with a smile. These hardworking ladies deserve a raise. It's hard to find passionate employees. I been to many restaurants over many years and never had such extraordinary service as I received here.“

“Nov. 7 2025. You rarely get a take out meal (food-in-a-bag) that is, well, impressive. I guess we have just become desensitized to the lack of care in the service industry. But I’m taking the time to congratulate the staff at Wendy’s this evening. My sandwich was well wrapped and warm (not hot, but you can’t have everything.)
My fries and nuggets were resting well IN their container, not rolling around the bottom of the bag. ALSO, there were two napkins AND ketchup included. I tell you I was pleasantly surprised, and grateful for a tidy meal for once. Oh and the two people at the window were friendly and nice. Thanks guys“

“My husband and I stopped into Stevenson's bar this afternoon to check out their Christmas theme. All I can say is, wow! not only did the place look great but, the service was awesome and the food was really good. Karen, the women working the bar was an absolute sweetheart. “Having moved from Florida's Gulf Coast last year, I had yet to find any food in Ohio I liked as well as Sarasota. Last night at Heck's, my hope was restored! The caliber of textures and tastes was fantastic! Delicious and clearly well thought out menu options for anyone's palate. I had the Moroccan kabobs and truffle pierogis (which are NOT your average pierogi!) and our table split several other appetizers. Great ambiance too. You'll love it.“

It was a welcome change from the over planned feeling so many places go for anymore. As a millennial, it was stepping back to a childhood feeling place, sans the cig smoke.

Food was good and there was plenty of it. Grits were good, sausage gravy was good, home fries were actually home fries and good.“

“My small group visited BurgerIM for lunch today. After taking a bite of my Chicken Parm Burger, the unexpected taste reminded me of Melt Bar & Grill. Their sandwiches were outrageously delicious! If you're looking for a hearty/filling meal, BurgerIM might be optional. Overall, the service and atmosphere was excellent, making BurgerIM a go-to place for extroverts.“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “Outstanding Service at a Busy Time!

I stopped into the Five Guys during a very busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed. Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best.

Dominic and the whole team really made the visit enjoyable even on a hectic day. If you're in the area, this location is worth it great food and even better service. Highly recommend!

“Food is fresh, hot and VERY delicious! Has that homemade taste and flavor that brings me back to being a kid at family bbqs.. The burgers and hot dogs are very reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly! This place should be busier! I will def come back! Best burgers and hot dogs in cleveland!! I ate one of the dogs quicker than I could take the picture! But I had 2 classic coneys, a cheeseburger, tater tots and large drink... waited maybe 10 minutes. Food is handmade to order, which I appreciate. Its tough to find good restaurants that take pride in what they serve. You can taste it here!“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“The Applebee in Independence is great. The store is very clean and the food was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A special shout-out to Jolene. “I finished the guardians game with my 9 year old niece tonight around 9:15pm in downtown Cleveland. My sister’s only rule was that i was not allowed to get my niece any ice cream after the game. The Guardians won so I decided to break the rules and suffer the consequences later by getting iced cream for my niece on a school night. I arrived after they closed, around 10:03pm. They did not have to serve me because they were technically closed according to their posted hours of operation. A gentleman named Jason agreed to serve us, and my niece was very happy. I appreciate the entire Tuesday night Dairy Queen crew that decided to make my niece happy. My sister may be upset for breaking the rules, but Dairy Queen understood the assignment! Thanks guys! Great customer service!“

“Food was amazing. The only thing is that our server, who yes was busy but I'm also in the service industry and we got our apps before our drinks. Drinks were the first thing we told our server Conor who we stilled tipped. But we're eating salad and I have nothing to wash it down with. Other than our server, the person who brought our food was amazing, the scenery was excellent and i would recommend. Other people were seated after us and received their drinks before us as well. I understand but as a server you also need to check on your tables just to make sure they didn't need anything else. We wanted to order more but we couldn't handle Conor's service he only came to us once and that was to bring the check. What if we wanted more food or drinks. This was my first time here, I just expected more especially if I'm spending over $300 for 2 people“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“Unlike “Mac’s”, or the “King”s”, they serve Very Hot, Large Crinkle Cuts, Hot ‘n Fresh Burgers, and their Shake Machine(s) work. Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

“I feel like this place can be a hit or a miss most of the time it is a hit, trust me I love Applebee’s down the only thing about this location that I really don’t like is that they do not have fruit punch in every other location that I’ve been to in Ohio has it they need to expand the drink menu because Pop ain’t doing it.“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“
