“Ridiculous how long it takes to get service, it is 8:30 pm and I've been in line for almost 30 minutes with 5 people in front of me. I remember when this Wendys service here was impeccable but recently has gone to the DOGs. I drove here past the Kinsman location because that one is atrocious when it comes to service and you could spend 3 lunch hours in the li e. I don't know what is going on but owners of these establishments plz get it togetherDietary restrictions: Don't be hungry because you will starve waiting g for service“

“We were looking for a neighborhood gem, something local and not chain. This place was perfect!Owner greeted us when we walked in. Very friendly and kind! The food was delicious and more than enough! We both got the classic gyro w/feta. The baklava was incredible!With food + drinks for 2 and dessert it was around $40. Seems kinda steep, but for authentic and post covid I think these will be the normal prices we see for local eats.Overall great experience!“

“My friends and I have been on a year-long smash burger tour of Northern Ohio, and doinks burger joint is hands down my personal favorite. The og is my go-to, but I'm more of a traditional burger guy. I've tried all of them, and they are all fantastic, but nothing to me beats the og with a side of pickle salad. Even though it's almost an hour from my house, I stop in at least twice a month.“

“Cool place to have some food and drinks. Atmosphere inside is nice and chill, servers were pleasant. Food was DELICIOUS --- I highly recommend the brussel sprouts and crispy potatoes. The cocktails were very good. The food and drinks are a bit overpriced but I expect it in Pinecrest. Would have given 5 stars but when asked if we wanted water when first arrived they brought out an artesian bottled water and didn't give offer us "free" water. They charged us $8 for the water we didn't have a choice in. When they came around during the meal they refilled with thankfully free water. Be aware that you may need to specify you want normal water like most other places would serve you. Kind of sus.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options, mostly in the salads or vegetables. Make sure to ask the server as some options that seem vegetarian are cooked with animal fat/broth.Parking: Large lot and street parking, but a very busy area so may need to circle a few times.“

“we will return. Brunch was good except for overseasoning. In the future, we will order without seasoning and add to the meal ourselves. The waitress said in the five years that she has been working here, not one person has complained. But, the steak was totally covered with a salt and pepper mixture.“

“We had not enjoyed an actual Big Boy burger since we were kids in Mayfield, and the restaurant in Valley View did not disappoint! The service was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious! “This awesome little Butcher shop has an amazing selection of meat and delicious sausages. On Fridays and Saturdays they have their smoker set up outside with some delicious selections to choose from. The owner Colin is a great guy and his staff is joy to talk and deal with.“

“Oh my gosh! We were visiting Columbus from Tennessee and my sister looked this place up for us to go. We didn't know what to expect and there was this cute kid with curly black hair that looked like Timothy Chalamet, out there directing us in.He went over the menu and gave us recommendations on what to order. He was running everywhere and going 90 to nothing getting all the orders and still being awesome with us. I wish I could remember his name.The food was absolutely amazing. Things on it like BBQ and tarter sauce, but it was actually delicious. I'm going to go ahead and say best burger even though I always thought Ohios best burgers were Kewpee. I think Swensons beat them, or maybe it was the well mannered Timmy Chalamet kid that waited on us. LolWe are coming back in May for my husband to have another procedure and we are going back. I hope the kid that looked like Timothy with manners like Wally Cleaver is there again.“

“Visiting from out of town, we ordered the house burger, fire popper sub, and chili fries.The popper sub was outstanding. I wish I ordered another for the plane! The burger was fine but I don't think the pulled beef added enough to warrant getting again. Great sauces and good medium-done burger.Chili fries: i recommend just ordering and enjoying separately. The chili was great but the fries aren't crunchy enough to withstand the liquid. On their own, the fries are also good and crispy enough.“

“The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of screens, so no matter the seat you choose, you'll have a nice view.The food was fresh, cooked to order, and well prepared.The Buffalo Quesadilla was delicious. It was one of the best and most well priced that I've had in a long time.The bone-in wings with the Caribbean Garlic dry rub was fantastic. I'm usually not a huge fan of a dry rub, but on the strength of this rub alone, I'll be back a lot sooner than anticipated. Great job!“

“The wife and I eat here often. We feel the price compared to what you get is extremely reasonable. We tend to stick with what we like, but I haven't had anything that I wouldn't eat again. I love the beer cheese pretzels. Half priced apps during happy hour is a very nice bonus as well.Parking: Parking in front is somewhat limited, but there are more spots off to the side within easy under a minute walking distance.“

“Ordered the “big guy”. They are known for 4th best burger in town. Well…. I’m thinking how, the 1/3 patty was not seasoned, special sauce was not as tangy and left the burger pretty plain.Thumbs up on the fresh cut fries, add malt vinegar and they pop with flavor. Would recommend as they are a dive in bar and have a great selection of spirits.“

“What a wonderful experience. We were actually in route to eat somewhere else nearby but it looked to be way too crowded. While driving around I notice The Gateway Diner and decided to try it.Wow. “Five Guys has always delivered an unmatched taste experience when it comes to burgers and fries and this restaurant is no exception. This particular date was not super busy so service was quick. We must have came in after a lunch rush because it was quite messy around the dining area but they had begun cleaning tables and floors before long. The main downside to any Five Guys dining experience is they have always been known to have extremely high prices, buyer beware. “My partner and I went to the Academy for our engagement dinner. We didn't want anything super fancy (or super pricey!) and we're not native to this area of Cleveland, so we pulled up some local restaurants and the Academy looked great to us.We weren't disappointed! After a very brief moment of confusion when we walked in - I thought it might be a UK pub-type setup, where you order at the bar - we sat ourselves and our server, the manager for the night (so sorry I forgot your name!) came right over. The manager was amazing: great service, really kind, and clearly loves the place.We each had an Ace pineapple cider, which was maybe one of the best ciders I've ever had (and I love hard ciders). On tap, perfect blend of sweet and dry, and the pineapple flavor isn't overpowering. I liked it so much I had a second.For food, we got six Buffalo wings, a basket of onion rings, and the Academy burger and fries. The wings were literally everything I want from a chicken wing: fresh, hot, tossed but not soaked in sauce. Some people might prefer a crisper wing - as far as I could tell, these weren't battered or floured (although I could be wrong) but for me they were perfect. The onion rings were fresh out of the fryer and not too greasy, so that's an immediate win. We didn't end up eating much of the burger, but that's through no fault of the burger! The portion of it I did have was well cooked, juicy, and thick. Great quality burger, I just wish I was hungry enough for it! And, of course, my fiancé's star of the show: the fries. Fries were the perfect thickness, not too thick and not too tiny, freshly cooked, and the seasoning on them was top notch. I think my partner ate more of the fries than any other part of the meal.All this and our meal and drinks came out to about $47! I literally did a double take at the bill because I couldn't believe it was so low.I want to give a special shout out to the manager (again, so sorry I forgot your name) for being so helpful and kind. Without him our experience would still have been great, but he was an absolute star.“

“I never realized how awesome this place was until air stopped in and gave it another try. The new owner is awesome! She works her a$$ off to make sure everyone is taken care of! The food is really good, drinks are cold and quick, and the atmosphere is electric. I will definitely be making this place a more frequent stop. It's definitely worth the detour!!“

I asked for 12 wings only received only 9, they were pretty good, a little too much garlic but good, my sig other said the breaded okra wasn’t authentic and the turkey was decent but it was a frozen patty but I would still definitely go back, please add some condiments next time we received none!!“

“If you're looking for a little mom and Pop breakfast spot and Euclid, this is the one. Been coming here since I moved out here about six years ago and my meal is great every time. Customer service is always pleasurable in the food is always hot and on point. Nothing fancy about this place but it's not supposed to be. “Your typical small town dive bar vibes -- a bar with stools and some tables and chair options. They also offer a patio area in the warmer months. My family and I have been coming here for years to celebrate birthdays, graduations, etc. and we've had Lino's cater several of our events. They have the best wings!! They're always fresh and extra crispy, and I love their hot garlic Parmesan and hot BBQ flavors. I also love their mini corn dogs -- the honey mustard dipping sauce is delicious. The bartenders are usually pretty friendly and quick to get your order. They do get busy during game days so plan accordingly. We've never had to wait long when placing carry out orders and have never had an issue finding a table when needed.“

The kiosk made it super easy for two people doing BYO Burger options, and we upgraded to get the meal option and get the side salad, which was incredably fresh and a great portion size. The burgers had all the items we asked for. We will be going back a third time and beyond.Vegetarian options: Build your own salads allows to completly customize.Dietary restrictions: We have keto restriction and were able to make a delcious burger with thoes and not feel limited.Wheelchair accessibility: Apart from the parking lot, outside of Hello Bistro's control, there is space for a wheelchair to navigate to each part of the restaurant.“

I bit into the polish boy I ordered and it rivaled Kim's. And the loaded tots I got could have been a meal by themselvesby themselves with the portion size and heartiness of toppings (peppers, mushroom, chicken, chipotle sauce, sour cream). I don't think I can have my tots any other way now, they were so nice! And, AND, the owner and his son where extremely personable, pleasant, kind folks. “Greatest Burger in the City period, always cooked fresh right in front of you. I'll go here before I go to other Burger joint because can't nobody touch them for quality and consistency. My only issue with them is they're extremely high priced. I paid $39.00 for two burgers two fries and two milkshake. Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Rally and all them other Burger joints ain't worth my money they have all went down the tube and I won't waste a dime at any of them never again. I work too hard for my money to get garbage food.“

“It doesn't matter if you go in the morning or evening, BurgerIM is one of my favorite places to stop for a bite or cocktail. If you go in the morning, the owners Mario and Maya will be there. They're both super friendly and actually took the time to get to know me a bit and they remember my and ask me about the pieces of my week I've told them about when I come in. If you go during the evening, you'll see familiar friendly faces there watching the game enjoying some wings and drinks! The servers are always good for a laugh and it's a very nice atmosphere. I usually go with the wings with the sweet crunchy sauce they make in-house. They get the wings fresh, never frozen, and cook them to order! If I'm feeling a burger, I usually go with the Spanish Beef when I want a little heat. I love lamb, and I've never had a lamb burger before coming to BurgerIM. Now I like them more than gyros! My favorite is the consistency throughout the day. They never disappoint and I've enjoyed becoming a regular here.Vegetarian options: Also have vegan options: Impossible and Falafel.Dietary restrictions: They have Hallal options, can do gluten free buns, keto buns, and lettuce wraps.“

“I go to this very super-awesome, super-fantastic place and drive-thru every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) morning. Sometimes I get the big breakfast. Other days, I get the super cool Sausage Egg McMuffin. And today, I got the Sausage Egg McMuffin. Along with the hash brown. Staff was reasonable and professional with our food this morning. Breakfast food was delivered to our car quicker. Drinks were delivered quicker, too. Drive-thru at breakfast time and lunch time is always quick. Always the best customer service 24 hours, day in and day out, always the same.“

“The Mr. Hero in Northfield always provides good food and good service. Very nice, friendly people and that has been true for the entire last twenty years. Over that time I've occasionally gone there for lunch and I've never been disappointed with the food or the service. Now, it's just fast food.. so have reasonable expectations on quality. They make it fresh when you order. So have a reasonable expectation on the time. The menu is pretty vast, but how can you not order a Roman burger or cheesesteak?“

“So this sandwich shop was recommended by a co-worker so I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches with sides. First, the order was ready on time and was accurate. I picked up the order and the five minute drive back had my mouth watering. Smelled so good! I love the side options, waffle fries, tots, fried pickles, fried mushrooms, etc., etc. I ordered the chicken pita. It came loaded with chicken and the softest Greek style pita. I'd like a little more sauce, but overall pretty delicious. I also really enjoyed the fried pickles. They were breaded pickle spears, warm and crispy with that snap when you bite into it. Also, not greasy at all. The ranch was so-so. I was pretty hungry and forgot to snap pics, except for the pita! ‍ I'd definitely like to return & try more of their items!“
