“We stopped in for a quick bite before heading to I-77. We were met with a friendly “Hello” welcome by Ariana. We ordered a Titan Turkey and The Boss. Ariana and Emily prepared them with care. All the fixings were fresh and well stocked. What I was impressed was the service I received. Ariana made sauces recommendations for my Titan Turkey. She was spot on. My sandwich was tasty with the right spicy level. Thank you to Ariana and Emily for the best experience I ever had at a Subway.“

“I had to stop here after a horrible experience at the one in Massillon where we had to receive a refund.
I am so glad that the staff was friendly and hustling to get the orders from the dining room and drive-through out. Our chicken nuggets and fries were hot and fresh. The lady who was working explained that it would be a few extra minutes due to them having to make the nuggets. I will stop at this location again. Thank you to the crew that worked on 19 July 2025 at approximately 2130 hours for the great experience.“

“I had been missing the new towne location But when I found you in my Makos freezer isle I grabbed two bags of pretzel nuggies with the quickness !!!! So happy I can still enjoy my all time fave hot pretzels and now at home !!!! I throw them in my air fryer and they are so fresh! “I went in around 1 pm. The drive-through was very busy compared to no one waiting at the register. I did not receive any suggestions of additional items or the upselling of the size of food items. The inside seating was empty, and the place was clean. I ordered a classic roast beef, cheese, and arby-q sauce added. It was very good. The portion size was larger than expected for a classic. Note: There are occasional coupons available through the mail or order through the Arby's app for additional savings on your purchase.“

“I did not know that now you need to order online or when you go in to order that it is done with a kiosk. The employees will assist you in placing your order by using a kiosk instead of taking your order and paying the cashier when you done in at a taco bell. Great customer service and friendly environment.“

“This is the first time that we went there. I didn't even know that they existed in our area and they are so close to an interstate. I had the double smash burger, which I guess is their regular one, and it was really great. If you like crispy smash burgers, you'll love it for sure. Also the custard that they served was delicious. We will definitely stop there every time we are in the area. Also the wait staff was excellent, very friendly.

Parking: It's a very easy low traffic area to get off the interstate and back on again.“
