“One thing I like about Subway is that they are consistent. I always know what I'm going to get when I walk in. This store was no exception. The staff was prompt and friendly. The sandwich was exactly what I expected it to be. The store was clean. The soda fountain was clean and in proper order. The shelves were stocked. Exactly what a customer is looking for at lunch time :)“

“We love this Subway. I won't go anywhere else cause I saw some gross stuff at another Subway cause it was convenient...never again. This Subway on Erie St in Tallmadge is the absolute best. It is very clean and the staff is amazing. They also take good care of my granddaughter when she goes in.

“First time coming, found Mr.Zubs online. The food looked amazing. I ordered carry out from an extremely nice girl. I ordered the Rocky Steak Sub and a side of Mushrooms. The Mushrooms were 7 dollars and I got maybe 7 tiny mushrooms. They were delicious but can’t justify the price. The Steak Sub was so disappointing, no cheese, no mayo, barely any meat extremely small for 11.50$. I only reason for a 5 Star, I can’t penalize the workers. They are told to serve tiny portions. However, unfortunately I will not ever return to this extremely High price low quality food.“

“The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed.
They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure.
I felt bad.
But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches.
The manager should give those guys a raise!!

“We came to town to see a friend and grabbed lunch. Was delicious! Guy came from behind the counter to the table next to us and asked them if they needed anything. The customer joked, “Another one to go for free!” and we laughed. Next thing you know, guy really came back with another fresh sandwich. The customer was with his girl and it was such a cool moment! Seriously the most friendly place I’ve been to in awhile. HIGHLY recommend, food is amazing.“

“This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“

“Had a great experience here! We went a couple weeks ago, and my husband and I split a full size sub for a casual lunch. A lot of places aren't happy when we do this, sometimes even seeing it like a burden to wrap halves in separate papers or even give us an extra fork. Here they plated the meal in two separate settings without us asking, checked on us once in a non-invasive and pleasant manner, and were just generally kind and provided good service. Happy they're our sub place in walking distance, we'll be stopping in from time to time for sure.“

“I had went into this Subway to order a meatball sub, I know I had to use the bathroom but not so soon, I thought nothing of it until I had noticed this homeless looking man leave the bathroom 5 minutes prior, I had went into the bathroom and laid my eyes upon this sickening discovery. Luckily one of the nicest workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting named Ryan cleaned this up so quick and efficiently, I watched him get on all fours and lick it inside out till there was no spot left, even being so selfless as to crease his Jordan 1's. I never got my meatball sub but this astounding service couldn't go unnoticed.

“I stopped in for lunch and was very impressed with both the staff and the food. The team was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially when I couldn’t decide what to order. One of the employees kindly recommended a few options and guided me toward the Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub, which turned out to be an excellent choice. They were also accommodating when I requested extra toppings, which I truly appreciated.

Unlike experiences I’ve had at other locations, the service here was friendly, attentive, and genuine. The food was delicious, and the store itself was clean and inviting. I’ll definitely be returning to this location whenever I’m craving a sub!“

“It’s a Jimmy Johns. Love the lettuce wrapped sandwiches and very fast delivery. Jimmy Johns offer easy online ordering through their app or website. As a business traveler that makes it very simple to order a quick meal at my hotel. It’s as expected with maybe a little bit extra nice delivery people. You wouldn’t think the person you meet for under a minute that’s delivering your food really makes a difference but when they are smiling and acknowledge your existence by name it matters. Parking: Large shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. But it's a bit unclear where to enter the lot from Hawkins (not the restaurants fault).“

Cut and separated all the subs into 3rds, veggies in separate containers as it was for a New Years Party. Such a good job that I wanted to do this review. Perfect for the party.“

“I absolutely love this Subway, there are 2 locations closer to my house but I only go to this one. Easy to find, large parking area, and the employees are always pleasant to interact with. Because its small there are times theres only 1 employ working and a line, but I don't mind it. Its worth the wait and time (to me)“
