Parking: Plenty of parking close to the door. I have always been able to park with no problems at any of the subway locations I’ve been to.“

“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Possible difficulty getting-have seen one customer do it w/o hassle. Easy to rearrange chairs once inside.“

“Ordered multiple party platters from this location. They were extremely accommodating as we wanted to deviate off the established menu offering. They were so nice - allowed us to change out meat selections and breads without any fuss at all. Picked them up an hour before the event, and sandwiches and toppings were all fresh and delicious. “The food here was the same as other subways and the service was good.Their restroom is not maintained very well and some of the standard options that subway usually has were missing in this restaurant which was weird.

Vegetarian options: They have some options for vegetarians but the veggie pattie was not available at this outlet when I last visited them.“

“I went there yesterday at 5:32 pm! I was blown away at how carefully and precisely these two young men were making the sandwiches. We live in a society where a lot of things are rushed, but I really appreciated their service.I ordered a veggie wrap with tuna, and it was great . I engaged in conversation with one of the young man about his plans for the future.“

“I placed an online order this evening and didn't think to check it before I left the store because the service and order is usually correct. But when I got home and opened the bag, the cookie I had ordered was not there. This is probably only the second time in several years I have ever had a problem. “On 9/7/24 after 2pm a female worker that was darkskin and I think she had dreadlocs serviced me. From the very beginning she was polite. She was very professional and patient and made my sandwich perfectly. I must say the location was very clean, fully stocked and organized. By the end of my transaction I was happy to leave a tip. Even the other workers that later came out had smiles on their faces! Very clean great service highly recommended“

I used to never get subway because the price has become too much for the quality you get. However, recently with promos they run through their app, I feel like I'm getting a good deal for some quality food. $7 footlong are something I can get beside. Please add Hot pepper to your options. Go buy jimmy peppers if you need too. Store was clean and staff was friendly.“

“I ordered a 4 cheese, and they brought me a ham and cheese. It was still delicious. I'll be happy when we can get rid of these masks and actually understand each other. I will also be happy when you can put the mayo packets out. I had to wait a long time to get it. Had a received the grilled cheese that I actually ordered, I wouldn't have needed mayo.“

“This SubWay has drive thru, pick up, and inside service. My Sub is always done to perfection with inhouse baked breads, fresh ingredients and toppings. The staff are all professionals and give personal attention to each order. This facility is spotless and is one of the BEST in Richmond. You should try it.“

“On a trip. Craving a sub and I enjoy Jimmy John’s now and again. Fresh bread and fresh meats. Wasn’t busy and gentlemen took my order immediately even while having to take care of bussiness on the phone. Sandwich got made quickly and correctly which is rare these days. Was smaller college place but clean. Bathrooms were clean. All and all nice and quick service and The Vito hit the spot.

Parking: Parking is on side streets and side street parking lots. Have to walk to the stores on main drag. But parking to Jimmy John’s was close“
