“It’s been a very long time since I received great service, so this is worth sharing We set out for a causal anniversary dinner and ended up at Tupelo Honey. They seated us without a reservation and our server was the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered. At the end of our meal she brought us each a free dessert for our anniversary. This is typical for most places, but the dessert came with a card signed by the entire staff 🥰🥰🥰 They also sent us home with Tupelo Honey pint glasses. Such a sweet gesture and keepsakes. “Decent menu. Pretty big actually, which can be a turn off. We ordered smalls and 4 pizzas. Small plates were alright. Nothing ground breaking, but honestly nothing bad. Pizzas were definitely decent. The carne, and verde were definitely the move. Pepperoni is decent and prosciutto has opportunity to be great with some sort of acid and maldon. Service was good, when it was there which was abysmal for the most part. Atheistic is great though. We'll stop by. Again.“

“This was my third time at Agni and by far our favorite with the Midwest Nostalgia Menu. As always, the service is friendly, welcoming and incredibly attentive always refilling waters and replacing napkins when a guest uses the restroom. They are very accommodating of dietary restrictions and ensure they explain the meal with consideration to these. The vibe is casual while the food is next level fine dining, yet approachable for anyone. Each course truly got better and better, all the way up to dessert. We were absolutely BLOWN away with the level of creativity and interpretation of Midwest Nostalgia turned fine dining. My husband and I lived in NYC and for 8 years and were big foodies, and both said this was very possibly the best meal we’ve had in our lives. Go for yourselves and see what you think! “We came here for my son's 40th birthday dinner. We had about 30 minutes waiting for our table but the manager apologized and complimented 3 appetizers for our table. The waiter Karl was absolutely exceptional and made our experience so nice. The food was delicious from the short ribs to the Salmon. The only negative thing I have to say is the noise level is quite high because it is a small dining area and with the kitchen staff and all of the patrons I could not hear my party of 7 talking at the table.“

“I've been to this location to enjoy dinner on multiple occasions. 85% of the time, the entire experience is fantastic, but my most recent experience left me wanting. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues tied to getting our bill correct, and then, adding insult to injury, I ended up going home with a considerable stomachache. Fortunately, it didn't end up being any worse than that, but let's just say I had some concerns on that drive. 😬 but besides that, the food was very tasty, came out quickly, and I believe was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who comprised the party - being made up of eight people. That is another point: this location can accommodate larger groups as well as smaller groups. Also, I strongly recommend the chocolate chip cookie 🍪 , which I know couldn't have been the culprit of my stomachache, because I saved it to enjoy at a later time. In fact, the chocolate chip cookie is one of the primary reasons why I'm excited to go to Northstar whenever it comes up as a dining option! The homemade ginger ale and kombucha are favorites of mine, as well as the North Star Burger - and that is coming coming from somebody who is a meat-eater most of the time! Enjoy!“

The food always comes out perfectly and if there’s ever an issue, they take care of it immediately. This dining spot has such a great variety and I need to give a shout out to a particular server. Simon recommended nothin but best drinks and food. He didn’t miss. First was N’Awlins Oysters were phenomenal and the Hanger Steak was out of this world! “Bodega is one of those places that knows exactly what it is and leans into it. A low-key, no-frills neighborhood dive with just enough charm to make you want to hang out longer than you planned.

The funnel cake fries are the real surprise hit. Crispy, fluffy, perfectly dusted with sugar and dangerously easy to keep eating. I honestly came in for a drink and left thinking about those fries.

Huge shoutout to Salim behind the bar. Super friendly, attentive, and bringing just the right mix of smooth and playful energy that makes you feel welcome the moment you sit down. He made the whole experience better.

Bodega may not be trying to be fancy, and that’s part of its appeal. It’s a relaxed, easygoing spot with good vibes, great service, and snacks that punch way above their weight.

We alerted server of a food allergy her and the rest of the kitchen team went out of their way to clean out the fryer and put in fresh oil so that my niece could have french fries. This was super thoughtful. When we went, it was not super busy, but it did pick up quickly and get loud in the restaurant - though it is a sports bar, - it DOES carry restaurant quality, and I would most definitely recommend.
