“GLBC and Shannon were amazing and helped bring our wedding celebration to life. The entire process was easy - booking and talking to Shannon and seeing what we needed. Out of all the places we looked at and spoke to, GLBC was the most accommodating, the most responsive, and had the most custom made options. They made sure that everyone had food to eat, given that we had multiple people with different preferences/allergies (gluten-free, lactose intolerant, and vegetarians). They helped us style the room to the vibes that we were going for, gave us extra space, and also helped set-up our flower centerpieces.
