“Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. We ordered some Pantry snacks (a must do), Walleye, Fried Chicken, and Butterscotch Pudding. Every bite was perfect. We were heartbroken losing both Lola and Greenhouse Tavern due to Covid, (and we still are) but Cordelia is the kind of restaurant that can make East 4th a go-to dining spot for us again.“

We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. “GLBC and Shannon were amazing and helped bring our wedding celebration to life. The entire process was easy - booking and talking to Shannon and seeing what we needed. Out of all the places we looked at and spoke to, GLBC was the most accommodating, the most responsive, and had the most custom made options. They made sure that everyone had food to eat, given that we had multiple people with different preferences/allergies (gluten-free, lactose intolerant, and vegetarians). They helped us style the room to the vibes that we were going for, gave us extra space, and also helped set-up our flower centerpieces. “We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!!
