“The waiting area is a little rustic, but it's not for eating, so it passes. The parking can be tricky. It's small and tight, but with a little skill, it's manageable. Other than that, we enjoy the food. It's the freshest in the area, and the portions are ample.“

“I was happily surprised to find the King Tut, Egyptian Street Food truck at my niece’s graduation party! The owners were helpful in explaining the menu and delightful to chat with. “Ever think of ordering THE Irish stout at an outstanding wine bar? I decided to give it a try and boy oh boy were my expectations blown out of the water. As someone who is personally not a fan of Guinness pours in glasses that don’t meet the Guinness glass standard, this glass and pour is superior to your run of the mill American pint glass. Reasonably priced. Perfect pour. Amazing atmosphere. 11/10 would recommend. The wine spot??? Also could be considered an Irish pub!“

The cabbage has good flavor and a unique (at least to me) different presentation (sliced up real thin). And they give HUGE portions! I'm talking "can't shut the lid" portions! Man, they have Jamaican-style plantains - they sweet style. I have another favorite Jamaican spot which I have been going to for almost twenty-five years. “I came here a lot between 2022 and 2025 when I lived in Cleveland. The beer has always been top notch even for Cleveland but I have to say the food has gotten much better since Eugene's first opened its kitchen inside. I used to think differntly about them but in 2026 these may be the best fries in the city. The vegan dumplings were very high quality and you can't tell that a lot of skill and intent went into the non-meag dishes. I would definitely recommend stopping“

“My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. “What a fun time! Came here while visiting from out of town since there were vegan options. Ordered the Veggie Mite and the Kevin Mcallister, along with the Sweet and Seedy salad. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with our pizza so we had to wait a little longer than usual, but the staff was so kind, helpful, hardworking, and remedied it quickly. Lots of young people working hard. Everything was delicious and crust was yummmm!“
