“My family visited from out of town late on a Saturday night and received excellent service and phenomenal food. I believe our server’s name was Laura and she was sweet and attentive and took the time to chat with my daughter. My husband tried the new dish, the New York Burrito, and I had the Mexican Sampler. Both of us would gladly say it was the best Mexican-style food we’ve ever had. Our daughter just had chicken nuggets and fries, but she was pretty happy, too. We intend to make it a regular stop on our annual birding trips.“

“I went to this restaurant a lot back in the early 2000s while in college and it was amazing then and it's amazing now 2026!! Went to visit BG and I knew I had to return to my favorite restaurant... SamBs! I got the crab cakes and fries and that aoli they have to go with it.... OUTSTANDING!! Service was amazing! Greeted at the door and the place is clean... Food was HOT and fresh!!! which is a plus! I hate when it's lukewarm. Those fries!! Sooo good... Crunchy not soggy. I was looking for their awesome wings they used to have back in the day but they don't have them anymore but everything else was still good!! Y'all did not disappoint! “My girlfriend and I drove over an hour to visit this little Burger place and it didn't disappoint. The small town vibe and inviting atmosphere were perfect for sunny Sunday afternoon. We sat by the windows with the sun shining in, the food was outstanding and the owner/waitress was very nice and warming. Food was different than most burger places but it was delicious and makes you want to come back to try a different off the wall burger!“

“Barr's is a nice place but service can be hit or miss. During prime hours you may need to park at the hotel next door when they run out of spots. The food is upscale bar/pub style and made with care, just about everything on the menu is great. They have a nice happy hour selection and the cocktails are well made. Don't overlook stopping in for a quick lunch. Its a very small space and there are often events/corporate gatherings in the side room so it can get packed in a hurry. I suggest going before 5 or after the dinner rush. They take reservations but you still may end up waiting as people tend to linger at their tables so dont go expecting to fit in a specific timeline.“

“We love Local Roots! We found them after a family member recommended and have been coming since. We’ll even take a day trip and fold it in to support small biz. I so appreciate their sweet staff asks each time if I need a dedicated GF toaster for my bread 😋, and they happily modify some of my menu items if needed. “I got the A15 Miso soup 2.95$ which was a little bland to the miso soup I normally get but I'll give that a 4/5
The A2 Tteokbokki 9.95$ which had amazing spice and flavor to it definitely a 5/5
And for my entree I got the N5 Seafood Yakiudon 5/5 it was absolutely delicious.

I also for drinks got two glasses of wine. The cleanliness of the glasses were as expected. Had some soap residue but that didn't bother me. What did bother me is what was on the base of the glass. However it didn't contaminate my drink or food so it was fine. Though I would urge those being cleaned or wiped a little better upon being washed or dried.

Service 3/5 Is a little slow if you go when they open. And when they bring you stuff so if you don't ask while they are there They won't be by for a while. They however are very friendly and very kind.

Areas of concern: to go boxes. 0/5 on those. Yes I had a bag but they still spilled. The bag was the only thing that saved my car from forever smelling like korean.

Overall I spent around 50$ 20$ of it was on my drinks. So 30$ overall for food which wasn't a bad price at all, and had plenty of left overs. If you like places with good food and enough to take home I can definitely recommend here.“

The staff was friendly, and the environment was crafted with modern commercial building standards. The atmosphere seemed to be inspired by local talent. I very much like the living wall with modular potted plants. However, I am not aligned with the graffiti art that is presented on some of the interior walls. Overall, I would gladly return to this Balance restaurant regularly.“

It truly was an amazing experience. food was great, amazing vegan options. there was a book club going on and it was awesome to listen to. “Hidden gem!! Great spot tucked into a quiet neighborhood. HUGE menu and for lactose intolerant people like me, they have so many flavors and options that are vegan. Pricing was super cheap, got ice cream for 4 and barely spent $10. Will definitely be returning!!“

“The staff is absolutely incredible. The kindest people on the planet. Our waitress even brought a poetry book to our table that she translates to English herself so that customers can read it. She also wrote down our names in Korean so we could see what the letters looked like! The food was also incredible beyond any sushi I've had anywhere else. The kitchen was backed up and they kept apologizing, but we didn't mind. They gave us free soup so that we weren't hungry while we waited which was not necessary at all but so sweet and greatly appreciated!“

“Just picked up chicken fried rice on way home and it is amazing! This is the second time recently I have done this and it was delicious and hot both times. I always love the smoothies from here but I highly recommend the family size chicken fried rice. It's a huge portion and we get like 3 meals out of it. Even the sautéed chicken in it is yummy. Not the mystery meat some Asian place dump in there. Tender yummy sliced white meat chicken. Thank you magic wok team! Great job!“

“I was so excited to get a chicken fajita salad. I ordered it to go and I brought it back to my hotel and I opened it up and there’s no lettuce. How is this a salad?“

“The first time I was here, I waited for probably fifteen minutes before I ordered because I was studying the menu. I wanted several things and had to eliminate some so I could stop cosplaying a statue in the restaurant. This time, I went with the Pizza Bagel on a honey wheat bagel. It was very good. I need to make a lot more trips so I can try the rest of the menu. I'll probably get more traditional style of bagels at some point. The staff here is very friendly and can give you some insight on what you might like to try.“
