“It's always such a treat to have Skyline, as we don't have one near us. This location is extremely clean. The food was just as it should be, and it was prepared and served at lightning speed. We sat next to the food prep station, and the employees were all very friendly and polite with customers and each other. Our server, Cecelia, was excellent. She's so friendly and professional. “While visiting Troy I stayed close to this location. Was looking for something quick and unique to eat for dinner. I read the reviews for this location and noticed a lot of older reviews weren't very positive. So I sorted by newest and it appears this location is back on track. Upon entering was told I could sit where id like. There were 7 tables at that time with customers. I ordered a small 3 way and a coney dog. The service was fast with my food arriving within 10 minutes. The food was good. No issue with water or grease that was mentioned in older reviews. This location seems to have corrected whatever issues there was in the past. Recommended.“

“Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“We came at a very busy time but that didn't stop the staff from making sure we were completely taken care of! The food was made correctly, the dining room was spotless and our cashier, Ricky, was checking on every guest to make sure that they had everything they needed.“

They were busy, overwhelmed and clearly short staffed yet somehow the woman was taking exceptional care of her customers and the male worker with her was awesome. “This was my wife and I first time at Freddy’s . We drove over from west Milton. When we entered the restaurant they welcomed us and the staff was very friendly. Before leaving I was taking to the manager telling her how good everything was and how friendly she was . Then a young man walked pasted that happened to be the cook I thanked him and told him how great he did he fist bumped me he was very friendly. We will be back thank !“

“I haven’t seen a Hardies for yrs. It was a good meal of a hamburger and large fries and small pop. It is very expensive here. The food is good and better than most fast food places but I don’t know that the cost is fare. Mine was over 10$ for just me. It’s good but not that good to make it worth the money you will spend.“

Today, was the best service I ever experienced here at the Englewood location. Went through the drive through around one o'clock And it was very busy. Thought I'd have to wait a long time as usual. “This McDonald's in Brookville has a better culture than most, with friendly staff who really try to get your order right. If you are lucky your pups in the car might get a dog treat in the drive-through as well, this McDonald's seems to love pups, and our two dogs love them right back!“

The wonderful team in shipping and receiving made sure trailer temp was okay and confirmation for pick-up was on point. Cool laid back spot to get loaded at. Without mine coming back ANYTIME!!!!!! “We actually stopped by this McDonald's location 2 times yesterday and I was Very impressed, Especially with a young man named Shannon that was wearing a reflective vest and proficiently operating the register, while simultaneously delivering orders to waiting customers outside, but he was also helping filling orders,I'd chance to say that young man is going to go somewhere in life and I'd say he's got promotions coming in the near future, Also the restroom and the over all restaurant and even the parking lots were exceptionally clean !!!!! “I had to come in here right off the highway parked my truck in the parking lot went in. The smell is amazing. Nice and clean in here and very fast. I was in and out in no time I got an Americano since it was my first time in the salsa and chips and that was the best $17 I’ve ever spent. I’ll be back again“

“I've yet to eat my food, but they have to do something with their choice of lighting. Maybe a weird criticism, but it's just not very inviting. Felt like I was going to identify a body rather than pick up lunch. My only other slight jab its the portions were rather skimpy. I'm sure they're good people and deserve your business.
