“Haven't had Tom's in awhile. We live outside of West Milton and drive for pick up and forgot how delicious this pizza was. We ordered 2 Large Pepperoni, Sausage and extra cheese pies. These pizzas were actually heavy, like HEAVY, HEAVY! This establishment isn't greedy on the ingredients you ask for, trust me. The perfect crust is almost burnt but instead a crispy golden brown.“

“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

My only complaints were the lamb was overcooked, but still juicy, and the kids running all over the place (and the boy that was hitting his brother with a belt, not hard, but still annoying).“

“We used JJ’s for my daughter’s graduation party today. The food was amazing! Meat and cheese was delicious and the fruit and veggie platters were so fresh! Definitely recommend the catering!“

“Excellent food. When we are in the Dayton, Ohio area, we love to visit Marion’s Piazza. My family loves the food and it is consistently very good.

I have loved their “Super Cheese” pizza for as long as I can remember and all other pizzas they serve are just really well-made.

The only thing keeping me from rating 5 stars is the atmosphere. Locking down 2/3 of the restaurant at open and only allowing seating in the remaining area is normal at all Marion’s locations. I get it. It makes it easier to clean keeping your guests in a smaller area. It isn’t exactly customer friendly, though, especially those in wheelchairs.

The “no moving tables” thing makes sense from a fire code and convenience point of view, but how about having some space for wheelchairs to get through or fit at the end of a table? A more thoughtful approach to the dining room would go far for wheelchair users.

Vegetarian options: Good vegetable options exist for the pizzas and salads.

Parking: Great parking with plenty of spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food including pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. Also an arcade with a few games in it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Getting into and out of the restaurant is fine if someone is there to assist with the heavy doors. Ordering can be difficult in a wheelchair due to the old style railings for queue handling. Getting through the seating area is not great, especially as the restaurant fills up. If the restaurant is busy, maybe skip if you need wheelchair access.“

“The pizzas are always good, but they are ALWAYS so short-staffed. If they had a full staff they would have pizzas done faster, and not a line of people waiting all the time.

The staff they have are kind and respectful, and I'm sure they work as fast as they can, but overall be ready to wait for your pizza for a while.

“1st time visiting this establishment and I was NOT disappointed! Tons of food options on the menu. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! We went in around 930pm, and the employees were very friendly and patient with us, even though the kitchen closed in 30 mins, they never made us feel like a burden nor did they rush us along. The inside has tons of charm and character. Their decor is so cool to look at! I'll definitely be going back!“

“To be honest, I didn't know it, but they are renovating the restaurant. We ate in the dining room but should have just taken it to go. It is dusty and messy inside. However, the food was great. It was hot and the pizza VERY good! The service was great, the lady that took our order was very kind and took great care of us. I am looking forward to seeing the place when it is finished. My recommendation, however, is to order food to go (or delivery) until the renovations are complete.“

Never had a problem at this location. ******FOLLOW UP****** Stopped here before work a few days later (12 hour shift) and ordered via call center in plenty of time. I ordered a 10" italian and garden salad. While waiting, a guy in the back was heard talking about a sub that he put pizza sauce on cause he forgot an Italian did not get sauce. By the way, he was conversing with the female manager. I was hoping it wasnt mine. In a hurry, I paid and left. Opened my sub... they scraped most of the pizza sauce off but left enough to make it more obvious and put no lettuce on my sub (gross). Once youve made a mistake why wouldnt you remake it? Whats worse? Scraping sauce off before or after it was cooked? Not having time, I called the call center. This guy told me to save 75% of my sub and I had 24 hours to return it. Never mind, they screwed my sub up. So, had I done that, Id gotten 25% of a free messed up sub. With this being said, we have been loyal customers and I have NO intentions of returning to Cassanos. Busy or not, this was just wrong!!! Oh salad had wilted lettuce and a few tomatoes.

“It was a mid-afternoon Saturday meal. There was a nice patio available but at the time it wasn't very busy. Wait staff was very attentive. Food didn't take too long, the quality was average.

Parking: There were only about a dozen vehicles when we got there. There were so many empty parking spaces available“
