“It's been a little while since I have been in but my husband got me the most delicious ice cream cake for my birthday here. Unlike DQ that is all ice cream with the fudge and cookie in the middle, Coldstone cakes have actual cake and ice cream. Mine also had a delicious ganache-like frosting. Would def get one again.“

The service was friendly, but could have a bit more forwardness by welcoming you as you come in the door and asking if you have ever been there and offering assistance with how everything works, rather than the customer feeling confused and having to ask. The atmosphere is clean and seems well managed, it just needs to be a bit more polished. It is a bit pricey, however, in the correct demographics it will do well. If the flavors of the week were posted in the window with a large bold font, so it can be seen while driving by it would bring more traffic through their doors.“

“I went to Polaris with my family during a Columbus shopping trip. My mom and I wondered into this shop randomly and it was by far the highlight of my day. The man we spoke to was so sweet (no pun intended) the flavors they offered were so unique and delicious. I bought a box of chocolates to share with my fiancé. My intention was to share all of the chocolates....I think he got the 2 that were suggested to me for him. the rest turned into a gift for myself. 10/10 I cannot wait to go back for more. They had a banana flavor that is apparently controversial but I will die on the hill that it is excellent.Im sure there are tons of places where you can buy quality treats but the man i spoke to today made my shopping experience phenomenal and I am happy to make the 2 hour drive to support this business again in the future.“

I have rarely experienced any issues—only once about three years ago with a less-than-friendly cashier. Aside from that, my experiences have consistently been positive, which is why I always return. “Whit's in New Albany, OH is my favorite Whit's for frozen custard & Pies. I go there often and enjoy the friendliness of the owner & the staff. The freezer's are always filled with so many varieties. It's hard to make a choice. I buy several of my favorites & take them to my family, out of town - who are not lucky enough to live close to a Whit's. I still don't know if they are excited to see me or the Whit's custard :-) but we all enjoy it. Family I'll be bringing some to you soon!“

“I’ve been a few times since they opened and l’ve yet to have a bad experience! The ice cream is great, and the few times I’ve went all the staff have been very friendly. Yes, they are new and will take a little time to adjust and get used to everything, but at least they’re pleasant to interact with. I had went to Baskin Robbin’s which is right next door and the staff there was incredibly rude so I left. The service from Coldstone was the exact opposite and the girl serving us did everything right.“

The downside to this location is that they have very little seating (indoor or outdoor) and the store was not as clean as I would have liked. It had smudges on the glass, some trash on the floor, and a broken ice cream cone on the sidewalk in front of the entrance. To give the benefit of the doubt, we visited on National Ice cream Day so perhaps they have been busy all day, but they certainly were not swamped when we stopped by.“
