“Great ice cream. While it can get crowded, line moved quickly. If you're there to just get a pint, can go to freezer to grab it and check out.
There's a small counter for children to color which is a nice touch. Kids love the train overhead as well“

“It's hard for us to find a place that provides a few vegan options for my wife (dairy allergy in her case) and this place does! Interesting options too. The ice cream was amazing and everyone was so friendly! Cool place and highly recommend.

“I reached out through Google. A very nice person talked to me until we could find an ice cream flavor which didn’t have gluten, milk, nor coconut oil/milk. They ordered “non dairy blue sky” as a new flavor because we as GF DF people couldn’t have any others. I mean, come on guys, this is the ultimate good customer service. My heart swells in gratitude for a fabulous summer thanks to them! It was our first season after being diagnosed with food sensitivities, and you made it so much better with the acquiring of the flavor + awesome portions!!! God bless!!!“

“So, I'm not a fan of frozen custard, but my family members are and they picked this over Mitchell's. They were very pleased as none of us had ever been to an East Coast before.
They got butter pecan and traditional vanilla cones while I got a Tin Roof sundae.
They loved theirs! Mine was okay, but I just prefer ice cream over the custard flavor.
They were steady busy while we were there, nothing too long of a wait and the service was great.
All in all, my family members loved it, so that is all that counts for me.“

“My daughter and I went into Crumbl this week and we were so excited to try a new flavor this week! I had the confetti cake cookie and it was a confetti in my mouth of flavors! It was amazing. My daughter grabbed the strawberry cheesecake cake and it looked amazing she took two bites and said it was too sweet for her...insert sad face. Overall it was a good visit outside of the young people that work in the evenings, they never speak when you come in and you have to get their attention for them to help you on top of they act like it's a hassle to help or work at work...the irony in that is insane. Luckily they have multiple locations so we will visit another one in the future.“

“I love this location but at certain times of the day. During the day the customer service is on point!!! But evening / night it’s trash. The younger employees be needing home training before they get a job because their customer service sucks. But anywho during the day, I love this location and the cookies!“

“Stopped by this ice cream shop with some friends on this Friday afternoon, and the ice cream itself was really good and is definitely worth checking out. Matt was super nice and really knew his stuff. It was my first time there, and he took the time to explain the flavors and give recommendations, which made the experience even better.
The only downside was the atmosphere. There was a girl working who seemed really upset, and it was pretty noticeable. It kind of brought down the vibe a bit, which was a little awkward.
Still, the ice cream was amazing , and Matt made a good impression. I’d come back, just hoping for a better overall energy next time.“

“East coast custard is my favorite. I love their Oreo concrete. I do think they need to be more consistent with how they make the concretes. Sometimes it is made perfect and other times not so much. For how much it cost I believe it should be close to perfect each time.“

“Stopped by while on a weekend trip to Cleveland and after a day seeing Lake Erie at Sim's Park. Delicious banana split and my son loved his vanilla custard cone! My sister liked her sundae as well! Cute little Custard stand and delicious on a hot day!“

“Good ice cream, concretes, and fare foods. Usually pretty quick and the drive thru moves fast.
Dietary restrictions: I have a wheat allergy. Not quite as sensitive as severe celiacs. But i haven't had any issues if I just avoid the clear wheat products. But they do say they don't use dedicated GF equipment. So very sensitive people take caution.“

“Must stop here if you love fro yo or bubble tea! Many flavors of fro yo to choose from and toppings galore . They even have dividers for your cup if you can’t decide on one flavor :) The bubble tea was well made . Again, many options to choose from. I ordered honeydew milk tea with passion fruit popping boba and it was very tasty! The staff could be more welcoming, but otherwise we had a great experience and will likely be back!“

“I am an out-of-towner visiting family. I am amazed at how good the pizza and calzones are! Huge portions, fantastic flavor, generous with toppings, and great service! I thought it was pricy until I got my food; WELL WORTH IT! Delivery was early, food was HOT. 10 out of 10 for me!“

“It's fast food so that why the three. We constantly are at this place. Flamethrower burger is good, so are the chicken tenders. We go thru drive thru. No matter how long the line is the line moves fast. No attitudes and customer service is up there with Chic a Fila.“

“First things first if you’re hoping to give foster’s a try make you you head to the ATM first because they are a cash only establishment. I tried coming a few weeks ago with Apple Pay in hand and had to try again lol. The shop itself is very quaint. It’s only big enough to fit two customers or families at once. The offer a variety of flavors of ice cream along with slushies, malts and even pies. Their portion size is massive! I got two scoops thinking it would be a typical scoop and it had to be about the size of 3 scoops of each flavor. I couldn’t even finish it lol. I got the banana and salted caramel brownie and my daughter got Irish coffee and chocolate. Two flavors is considered a medium so it was $6.25 each. A little much but now seeing the serving size; I completely understand! There is seating outside the parlor to enjoy your treat. The young lady inside was very kind and helpful in letting me knowing what flavors to try. I’d definitely visit again!“
