“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. He ordered the curry and rice with chicken and I ordered the classic bibimbop with bulgogi beef. Our entrees were served with miso soup, which usually, I am not a fan. Theirs is amazing and I loved it! The staff was fast and very friendly, we were served very quickly. Our food was amazing! Beautifully plated and very fresh, amazing meals. We will definitely be back! Excellent experience.“

I had my 8 month old son with me and they gave him a little plate of plain rice and beans without me even asking :) They have a really nice indoor dining area that’s freshly remodeled as well. “Comfy coffee place. This is like a home away from home. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Managed very well! Organic coffee (hard to find now days) and freshly baked goods (from bakery in the same building). Pour overs are amazing! They assist the care and needs of battered woman. What a great way to support their community and you get to contribute by supporting them. Wow! So grateful for this generous and caring establishment. They have rewards punch card system which is a good way to pay it forward. +++ New goto when in town. :)“

“The vibes in here are sublime! I love so much about it: beautiful rugs, used books, huge variety of wines, mugs and art on the walls, handwritten menu and pastries in the window. The breakfast burrito is delicious! I just wish my coffee was served in a mug to reduce waste. Breakfast here followed by browsing the stacks next door at Dark Star is my definition of a perfect morning date. Grab a bottle of wine at the shop to enjoy in the evening to cap it off.“

The only thing I might suggest is a light icing or no icing option on the donuts and cupcakes. While it’s VERY good- at times it is a little much. But give this place a try. “We decided to head over to Yellow Springs this evening and chose Peach's for dinner. our waitress was super nice, the burgers were very yummy, but my margarita was on point and I may have downed it in like 10 minutes or so. It had a great flavor and had some light carbonation to it, which I liked! Wish I had that recipe to make at home!“
