“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“From out of state trying this pizza for first time! We called in on what was a call center line and Veronica was helpful and directed our order to the location around the corner from our hotel. It was ready on time and staff at pick up were also friendly! And most importantly it was absolutely delicious! Love the small square bites, the thin crust and the toppings were excellent! We’ve been back home for 5 weeks and gotten dinner from them 3 times and whether it was the pizza, sub or hoagies, the food and service has been exceptional. They had a few large delivery order come in this morning right ahead of mine and they called me almost right away and explained the situation and that the delivery may take longer than expected, which was no problem but I appreciate the call. Fast forward to a little over an hour after I placed my order and the delivery driver (Ben?) called to let me know he was on his way and that they had given me a discount because of the wait I had, which again didn’t bother me at all. I really didn’t not need a discount on my bill but I greatly appreciated it and appreciated being kept in the loop about my wait time on my order. “I feel they need more employees, the food is typically decent. What little staff they have they are poliet and they try to make things right when your order is messed up. My problem is mostly with the website to place an order and you use a promo code it keeps changing your order total I was going to be charged 15.00 more using the website than I was just calling in to place the order.

“Love this little spot but it is not handicap friendly nor does it have a changing table for kids. Changing a child at your table or on the floor in the bathroom is your only option. The food is always fresh, hot and the employees are always super sweet. I was told that When you pay with your credit card and leave a tip, it goes to the store not the employees.

Kid-friendliness: No changing table. No activities for kids to do. They serve alcohol. The restaurant is always clean, the food is good and the staff very friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly unless you have someone to open all the doors for you. The bathrooms have no rails to hold onto. So I would not say this is a handicap friendly atmosphere.“
