Originally went here when it first opened and the meat was super salty and since then avoided it like the plague.
My wife went there recently and said it was pretty good. Maybe the day we went it was a bad batch, but it food is a complete 180° from what I remembered! Good portions, generous ingredients, overall; pleasantly surprised! Been back a couple times this week already!“

“In my adventures this week, I'm in Oklahoma City. I don't usually stop at burger places, but I kept seeing a sign for Brauns burgers. Alright, never heard of them, I'll give them a try.
I walk in, and immediately notice a little grocery store area. That was totally unexpected, I was expecting a restaurant.
I ordered my food, and it came up very quickly.
I decided to try their mushroom burger with bacon. Never had that before. And let me tell you, I'll never have it again. That does NOT WORK for me. Throw in mayo and lettuce, this doesn't work on a mushroom burger. I ended up picking the bacon off.

I tolerated the burger. The fries, I'm not a fry person but they weren't too bad with the dipping sauce.

I'd come back and try something else, but definitely not the mushroom burger. They were so quick!!

“Sonic, you're food is improving. My server was great. Didn't take long to get my food. You're new chicken bites are really good compared to the ones you used to have, which were fried flour with chicken slivers. A mess. You're new groovy fries are very good. Enjoy them. Best when fresh and hot. You're smashburger is really good too. Please don't change these items. I know, depending on the restaurant, cooking and service can be iffy, but today the one on N. Air Depot did great. Thank you for a lunch that was enjoyable.“

“Service was convenient, quick, and cordial. Drive-thru was comfortable. The salad was wet and not as crisp as I am accustomed to when purchasing from the Walmart deli. The portion was robust, but the leafy greens had a limp consistency, which left much to be desired. I'll give this place another try when I'm away from home and cramped for time. My fingers are crossed that I get a fresher salad next time. I think the veggies may have gotten inadvertently soaked.“

“The manager today, 5/21/21-I think her name was Dimonica. She displayed and sense of organization and structure. One of her staff asked why they had to be in a certain area. She explained why and said come on team let’s take care of our customers. I have been a manager of oversight and operations for over 23 years for a major corporation and I must say she would be considered top notch. I really Hope Whataburger Corp recognizes what a great manager they have!“

“This place is a combo of A/W and Long John Silvers. I always get the seafood which is delightfully delicious. I have never had an issue with timing here at this restaurant, even on Sundays. Great service and great food. The private fair and the place generally is clean and presentable. I give it two thumbs up.“

“Excellent chicken, good staff.....I did not receive a portion of my call-in order, the manager offered that I could make a second trip to pick up the missing item or I could get a refund but only if I made a second trip to the store. This is neither acceptable nor reasonable. Bad policy, be sure that you carefully check your order.“

“It took a while and just ordered shakes then the shakes were basically just ice cream. Definitely not a shake. More of a concrete than a shake. Some ppl like that but I didn't ask for chocolate ice cream or concrete. I wanted a shake to drink. .“

“Went to Arby’s today in Choctaw. I was traveling for work.I met the most amazing cashier Rachel. She gave lots of suggestions (even a review) and apple turnover. More restaurants need an employee like her. The rest of the store was clean and the work team was working together. Hot food and a friendly environment“

The last two times were not great. I don’t know if there’s someone new working there, but it’s different lately.
I redeemed my free sandwich & ordered an additional sandwich.. there were so many peppers in Both sandwiches, could hardly eat it.. I also got mostly the ends of roast beef, which absolutely is gross to me. That’s the only part I don’t want of roast beef. There is hardly any meat on my sandwich or anything I asked for. I don’t really like a lot of tomatoes, because the sandwich usually ends up soggy..“
