“These cookies are delicious- rather expensive but delicious. I paid extra for the “happy birthday” packaging which consisted of a small stuck on bow and a “Happy Birthday” sticker. I thought there would be more- like maybe the cookies set on top of confetti colored tissue-or colored tissue- to make it look special. I won’t “splurge” on that extra again. The employees at this store do not seem very happy.“

“Had sundaes. They were very good. I had mango ice cream 2 Scoop Hot Fudge sundae. The mango was (happily) spicier than I would have expected. Also had a 2 scoop Hot Fudge sundae made with German Chocolate and Rocky Road ice cream. Braums uses local 2A milk from their own herd.“

“Amazing service!!! After a terrible experience at the Braum’s on Covell, we still wanted some delicious ice cream, so we drove to the I-35 location afterward. WOW! The service was amazing. The first Braum’s told us we had to order sundaes based on what we asked for, made it incorrectly, and argued with about how we ordered it wrong, but the young men at the I-35 saved us money and made the order so special! I highly recommend this location - service was great and the ice cream was 10/10! Thank you so much!!!“

“Stopped in today after finishing a job nearby and grabbed a few groceries. First time inside this location in Edmond off Covel Road near I-35—it looks fairly new, everything was clean (including the bathrooms), and the staff was friendly.“

“Great customer service here!! I went out of my way to come to this Braums today after experiencing poor customer service at the Braums on 23rd street in Choctaw. I left them a 1 star review. This Braums is great and deserves recognition, 5 STARS :) plus they have Braums sauce on tap inside!“

“I've been going to this location for almost 40 years, they've always had the friendliest crew out of all of the stores I've been to!! We always start our grocery shopping here and then go to the other grocery store in town for whatever Braum's doesn't carry!!“

“my husband ei ordered Freddy's on last night. I got a shake and he got a concrete. we ordered through GrubHhb. the issue is that the shake was really disappointing.bit was not completed with whipped cream and a cherry. I had been really looking forward to an extra special treat but all I got was mediocre. may or may not recommended others to go and maybe and maybe not go there again. seriously, I got almost as good ice and lots of available toppings for Braums for elite less! 3 stars.“

“This is a great place! We stopped today for our little guys 4th birthday and the workers were so nice! He got free ice cream even though we didn’t have our birthday coupon and my husband said the breakfast sandwich was delicious! To the young man working the ice cream counter, you were wonderful and made our visit well worth the stop! Your parents have done a great job raising you and we hope to see you again on our next visit!“

“The young manger here is very much friendly and handled my complaint to a tea makes me wanna come back for more he deserves a raise babbyyyy !! Love the workers here I’m sure it was busy I called to tell them I ordered tots not mozzarella and the manager was super sweet he gave me the two dollar difference which I didn’t even know I paid more because I was otp and god gave my man a JOB AMEN !!they handled it super well gave me fresh tots some ketchup with it and the refund for the over price I’ll be back for that bacon cheeseburger and totsss again love from the Citi trends Arrianna!!!
