I ordered a rolled frozen treat for my daughter after she picked her flavor 👧🏽🍨
Right after I handed it to her, she changed her mind 😅

Instead of turning us away, Mr. McCoy, who I believe owns the company, was incredibly kind. He smiled and gave her the one she really wanted for free 🎁💙 That meant a lot to me. You could tell right away he was just a good dude with a good heart.

The treats were fresh, smooth, and really good ❄️🍦
But what stood out most was how sweet and patient he was with my child 🫶🏽

I’m very grateful for that moment.

The fountain drinks were all (Dr. Pepper, Coke, and root beer) slightly off. Not enough to be horrible, just off enough to not be good.“

“We ordered a Bag Of Burgers with subtle changes! No ketchup on 2, add mustard to all five and mayo to three that still have ketchup. Clerk asked if we wanted cheese, NO THANKYOU TWICE, PICKLES? YES SO A VERY SIMPLE ORDER. I SHOULDVE CHECJED BEFORE LEAVING DRIVETHRU!! THEY MANAGED TO BUTCHER THE ORDER. CHEESE, EXTRA KETCHUP ON ALL NO PICKLES MUSTARD OR MAYO! SO WE HAVE 5 BURGERS DIVIDED BETWEEN OUR DOG AND NEIGHBORS DOGS...LOL ORDERED PIZZA. I called and spoke with manager Terry, he listened, and suggested refund or replace the order , I opted to have order replaced several days later with BIG CHANGES....LOL MAKE THEM DELUXES without ketchup add mustard. Initially Terry wasn't going to see things the consumers wY but with little coaxing he realized we were correct and made the order. I just wanted to say TERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYONS AND THE BURGERS WERE DELICIOUS PROBABLY THE BEST THEYVE EVER MADE!!!

“I was having dinner next door, and afterwards we wanted something sweet so we walked into this Ice Cream Shop, the owners are so friendly, they only speak Spanish!! But it’s no problem at all, she let me try out of the flavors and I picked the Rose one, it has a natural fragrance of rose and not extremely sweet like the ice cream I had before. I love it so much, also the cream and cookies are amazing, it has many layers of flavors! I can’t wait to come back again!! ?“

“I come here all the time with my girlfriend, it's our favorite weeknight date spot. Long time favorites never fail and the store is clean throughout. The employees are friendly and eager to help in my experience, the grocery section is always well stocked so nothing to complain about really. A quality location, Braums as an okie knows it.“

“Guys I never usually do reviews but this definitely deserves one. First off this braums is always the nicest/cleanest around me and when I eat my ice cream it never taste like another. We usually go here and my son always says hi to the people at the windows and gives them a compliment. Today there was a guy at the pay window, I found out his name is Byron. We pulled up to the window, I handed him the money, he hands me my money back with my receipt and says I’ve got it. I said what? Really? He said, your kids are always so respectful and wanted to pay for our ice cream. We of course thanked him after but man It’s the little things. I am just so appreciative and have never had someone do that for us. My son said “that was so nice, that really made my day”🥰 my favorite Braums and Byron has become our favorite employee here for sure😊“

“Blue Bell would be a hands down five stars, my Granddaughter and I really enjoy the Great Divide product but take issue that the Name and Carton indicate we are getting 50% Chocolate and 50% Vanilla, NEVER the case, at best it is 1/3 Chocolate and 2/3 Vanilla. This seems less than honest to us.“
