“Went here last night to try the Grandma McFlurry. You can see by the pictures how small the cups used are. You can also see that the cups were not only filled nearly as much as they should have been, they were also not topped with any kind of whipped cream or topping bits. They had bits of the mixture slung all over them. And the size of the cup used at a price of $3.49 each is not worth it. While this is my neighborhood McDonald's I will gladly continue to go here for food but for a sweet treat I will go to Braum's or Sonic. These treats were insulting.“

“I've been to this subway a hand full of times including this evening. The last two times though, I was met with the most pleasant surprise, her name is Christine, this manager is nothing short of excellent. Her bread and veggies are always well stocked and fresh, she's very polite and patient as my orders are a little complicated. “Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! It would really well!“

“In my adventures this week, I'm in Oklahoma City. I don't usually stop at burger places, but I kept seeing a sign for Brauns burgers. Alright, never heard of them, I'll give them a try.
I walk in, and immediately notice a little grocery store area. That was totally unexpected, I was expecting a restaurant.
I ordered my food, and it came up very quickly.
I decided to try their mushroom burger with bacon. Never had that before. And let me tell you, I'll never have it again. That does NOT WORK for me. Throw in mayo and lettuce, this doesn't work on a mushroom burger. I ended up picking the bacon off.

I tolerated the burger. The fries, I'm not a fry person but they weren't too bad with the dipping sauce.

I'd come back and try something else, but definitely not the mushroom burger. They were so quick!!

“Employees were friendly and professional. Food was hot and delicious. However, when my food was brought out, employee put food on an empty table away from me left it. I informed staff after 5-10 minutes which they said was my food. They apologized and made me a fresh meal.“

“Good flame grilled burgers, not greasy flat top. If flame is your thing, the burgers are good. However, you will have to check whether they are actually open. Despite hours posted online in various places and posted at their own front door, they appear to close at other times. Everything (including their own door) says lobby open until 10:00 but they closed more than hour early today. Not first time. If short staffed, post a note; people can be understanding but to just let people encounter inconsistency is not right.“

Vegetarian options: Not a huge menu for vegetarian. Salads would be the best option there, still really good though.“

“Food was as expected. They didn’t have pup cups for dogs which was disappointing. Now I have to get back in the truck with a chick-fil-a bag and no pup cup for my dog smh! And she expect one when we go to there. I’ve been all over the country and never heard of one not having pup cup.“

“I went for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I got the Cobb salad to be safe. It was not what I expected. It's a great portion that fills you up. The Arnold palmer with mint was delicious. I went back a few days later and tried the fajita salad. Again it was delicious. This is my new favorite place. I wish there were more locations throughout. I haven't had the wraps yet but they also look so good!“

“This location took into consideration what all other chic fil as missed the traffic flow was great and well planned out. The Mobil pick-up was a breeze. The staff were well taken care of as it was a sweltering 100 plus degrees, and the misters were present, and availability to hydrate was very visible. Good was great, as always. Food typically fresh, hot & to order. Cashiers usually helpful friendly. Inside, eating area kept clean normally & bathrooms decent. Self-serve on soda fountain & brewed sweet/unsweet tea.

“The place was serving up delicious food, especially since I have to stay in rehab for a while and it was great knowing that I can visit Chick Fil A for a sandwich and to have great lunch served. Staffs were very friendly and I only waited about 2 minutes for my food (this can vary but I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal).One thing I don’t particularly like is the parking space. There’s a road that is only one way and I usually enter the area through the west entrance instead of the north entrance for convenience. I do wish the franchise had more parking spaces available but other than that, I’m happy with the place.“

“Service was convenient, quick, and cordial. Drive-thru was comfortable. The salad was wet and not as crisp as I am accustomed to when purchasing from the Walmart deli. The portion was robust, but the leafy greens had a limp consistency, which left much to be desired. I'll give this place another try when I'm away from home and cramped for time. My fingers are crossed that I get a fresher salad next time. I think the veggies may have gotten inadvertently soaked.“
