“I ordered skip the dishes because I couldn’t leave work for lunch. The chicken teriyaki with cauliflower rice was absolutely delicious, when arrived was served really hot, and a cute note to have a good day….and a surprise bonus, a pocky chocolate sticks bag for dessert! Fantastic as usual!“

“Supposedly the first AYCE in Ajax area, the quality wasn't bad, but the selection wasn't as plentiful as some other AYCE at lunch time. Perhaps we had to ask for a different menu on the iPad - which is always a great way to do your ordering ..“

The staff were very friendly. Seating time is not 2 hours it is 1.5 hour. Hopefully they will increase the seating time limit in the future.“

“Just tried Midami Sushi in downtown Whitby for the first time and all the 5 star google reviews were true. The staff were great and the food was amazing quality with huge portions for the price. We didn’t order sushi but had the Chicken Poke bowl and the chicken teriyaki. salad and miso soup included were also top notch. Highly recommend“

“Food was delicious. One of the freshest sushi spots I’ve ever been to.
The food did take long but it was definitely worth the wait.
Omakase sashimi and sushi are a must try.
Along with spicy snow crab roll.

The owner and the staff are absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout our entire meal. It is rare to find a place where the service is just as excellent as the food, but this spot nails it.

One of the best spots in Durham Region! The staff were very friendly and accommodated my glutten free needs. They were always busy and had people waiting for a table when we left. Our first time here and we will be back!“

“I was wandering around the food court at the mall in Pickering, looking for something to eat. Edo Japan caught my attention so I tried their Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box and it was really good, better than I expected! It was freshly cooked to order and had really nice flavours with generous portions. The bento box meal also included California rolls, gyoza, and a drink. Great deal, good food! I'll be back!“

“Really enjoyed our meal at Koo Izakaya! The sushi was super fresh and tasted amazing. Loved the Ichinin combo set that comes with the Dynamite and Spicy Salmon rolls. The service was great too, everyone was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!“
